I really enjoyed the facilities and the staff, they were very helpful. Breakfast was also nice and the swimming pool is big enough for several guests (there are about 10 chairs or so and 2 umbrellas). There, there is also a shower and bathroom and even lockers. I also appreciate that is not such a busy area but it has enough local restaurants to pass by. We got a massage at their spa (working until 10pm. Pay on the spot), which was great.

The room was big and comfortable, space for everything, kettle and coffee. The bathtub was great but the shower is in need to a clean from calcium it was impossible to use. The swimming pool and the gym look dated, they definitely need a refresh, especially the gym have some rusty pieces. The hotel looks not really a 4 star hotel. And I know its difficult but staff that speak a basic English it's mandatory. The position isn't central, if you look something quiet it's ok, but you need a taxi to go and back from the center.

The room, hotel and staff were exceptional. Breakfast was good and we had a very good stay and without doubt would stay there again. The staff could not do anymore for you, they gave us good advice where to eat and where to exchange money. Gym was small but equipment was good (no bench press or heavy free weights) it got the job done. Breakfast chef did your eggs or Omelettes however you wanted them....very very nice stay.....thank you to all your staff who are a credit to the hotel. OK, I do feel bad about bringing these up as we had such a nice stay at the hotel. The pool could do with a bit of maintenance. The tiles around the pool have rough edges and feel like sandpaper. A few of the tiles are also chipped and it is clear to see that they have been patched up in other places which is why they feel quite rough. The water in the pool wasn't maintained and need to be cleaned more often. I do understand that as most of the customers who stay there are Asians and Asians don't like the sun. So even though we had the pool to ourselves most of the week which was great, I did feel that it still needed to be maintain more regular.....having said that....great pool area and great view from the roof top pool.

All was good - reception, lift, hot water, breakfest, bed, location with lots of shops and restaurants. What I particularly liked was to wake up with the sound of rooster crowing :) Thank you for arranging the trip and other helpfull service ! Cant find anything.

Like the room. Breakfast is very tasty. Staff very nice. The toilet flushing a little bit slow. And the sewage in the shower romm is block.
