Staff very helpful and friendly . Good and varied breakfast

The lobby and rooms were very pleasant and well-decorated, the staff was attentive without being overbearing, and the breakfast spread was solid. All of the communication and airport pickup were really smooth and easy. I really enjoyed the location, which was close enough to major sights to make exploring easy but removed enough that I felt like I was genuinely in the city with locals. Just a tiny thing - I wish the breakfast didn't end so abruptly at 9:30, so I could have sat and savored my tea for a little longer.

The rooms looked amazing. So stylish and clean. They had a huge breakfast buffet every morning. The staff is super friendly and helpful!! There was nothing absolutely nothing we didn’t like!

Great location near shopping and about 10-15 minutes away by Grab to other attractions. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, including a great bun cha place around the corner. Also a nice spa just a few steps down the street. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Perhaps just my personal preference and not really a dislike, but I got a room on the quiet side of the hotel - only window was in the bathroom - so it felt a bit claustrophobic and quiet. It was probably my fault for not paying attention to the booking

Beautiful property. Spacious room and excellent staff. Also located on a less crowded street, which is a plus if one prefers less chaos.

The hospitality stands out. The staff are so kind and wonderful always going out of their away to help you. It’s in a safe and quiet area away from all the loud noises. It’s safe walking around. Nothing

The room was rather narrow and didn't have specific storage space for luggage. A lot of the buildings in Hanoi are narrow.

Out of the hustle and bustle and about a 20 minute walk to the lake and the old quarter, this was a very comfortable hotel. The breakfast had lots of choices and many of the items changed daily. The front desk staff were very helpful as well. Good value for the room. Oh, and the bed was comfortable and the room had good A/C!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, Alice at the front desk was a special one kind and thoughtful in helping us with all sorts of planning and assuring our comfort. It’s a relatively new hotel and beautifully designed with lots of elegant features. The room was spacious and very well equiped. We love the breakfast buffet that offer a combination of local and Western food.

This boutique hotel was one of three hotels I have stayed and was the highlight of my trip to Hanoi. Very friendly and welcoming staff always attending to you. Rosie offered breakfast to my booking and the food was quite gourmet I must say, beyond my expectations. A buffet with variety and exquisite taste. The hotel is new and very clean. Staff well trained and professional. I stayed 3 days and intend on coming back soon. This hotel is definitely a great choice if you’re looking for money value, neighborhood, and food. On a quiet street block not far from park and shops. Hoan Kiem Lake is not too far . I really had a great experience which is very hard to have nowadays. The rooms are just like the pictures. Nothing to say honestly

Great species room, new and clean. In the bathroom the only thing needs to be fix is adding a shelves that could carry the soap, shampoo… other than that it was perfect location, staff were very kind and helpful. Location was outside of the mess and noise but still very close. Loved it! Bed was comfy..

The room was very nice. I wasn’t aware the hotel just opened, so it was still under construction. The rooftop wasn’t open, and the ground floor was under construction as well. We were told it would be finished by the end of the year.

Our stay with T Boutique Hotel was a 10/10 and far exceeded our expectations. The hotel and room were spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Crystal was our concierge for our stay and was lovely to work with she really made our stay carefree and was so helpful, she even helped us arrange transportation for the next part of our trip to Sapa. All of the staff here was so wonderful and the included breakfast was delicious. We would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

I would only improve the quality of the buffet maybe but it‘s okay since it was for free anyways.

I stayed at T boutique or one night during a work trip, and it was the perfect choice. The hotel is conveniently located near the venue where my meeting was held, which made it incredibly easy to get around. The staff was friendly, and check-in was quick. They were always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and ensure that I had everything I needed. The room was stunning—clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bed was very comfortable—just what I needed after a long day. Though it was a short stay, everything exceeded my expectations. I only wish I could have stayed longer. I’ll definitely stay here again for future trips! Highly recommended for everyone! Nothing

The staff are really friendly. The room is new well equipped and comfortable. The location is great, with easy access to many places in the central. Highly recommend. I will come back for sure.

A lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi! It’s a new hotel and as expected, the facilities are in perfect condition. Architecture and design are also outstanding, given a small hotel ( I’m very into these kind of aspects when staying at hotels haha). And wowww the room, so nice and spacious, the bed was so so comfy :) The hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us during the stay and also give us amazing recommendations on what to do in Hanoi. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious with a variety of choices on local food. Honestly I had nothing to complain, highly recommend this hotel for your next trip in Hanoi
