A beautiful new Hotel, easy access for pick ups and drop offs, staff helpful

Beautifully designed, the restaurant food was consistently good with authentic Vietnamese options, and the staff was helpful and kind. The room was spotless and we were able to check in early after a long flight with no additional fee which was so welcomed. We were even offered welcome fruit and wine bottle which was a nice touch. The only thing I would have maybe changed was the music at the pool bar and at the restaurant. For the restaurant, it was more funny than bad because it was the same repeat playlist of piano renditions of Disney movie classics. The pool though was the same repeat playlist of mediocre songs and the volume was just so loud that it kind of took away from just the view and the relaxing experience in my opinion. Perhaps just a volume check and a mix rotation of playlists would do the trick.

Breakfast was wonderful. The selection was large and the grill made eggs to order. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very new and clean, spotless is a better word. Our room did not have a very good view, but we were not in the room much anyway.

It had a beautiful view of the city on the rooftop, and being able to lounge next to the pool while watching the traffic below was magical. Also the location of the hotel allowed us to easily explore the Old Quarter and around Truc Bach Lake on the motorbike the hotel helped us rent.

It was lovely and clean and food in the restaurant and breakfasts were great . The majority of staff although trying to be helpful were inexperienced and often gave us incorrect advice . They were very young and it felt like they needed supervision

Pool was closed for maintenance

We absolutely loved this hotel and the staff. The hotel features a rooftop pool, spa, restaurant, and luxury suites for your stay in Hanoi. We were able to walk to various places, restaurants, or grab a Grab car for quick access around the city. We would highly recommend your stay here! The wifi wasn’t as reliable, or it was slow, but it didn’t bother us.

The employees on the front desk were exceptionally friendly and supportive. We had a smooth check in with Mrs. Sophia. Also, Lauren was exceptionally suportive in our check out procedure. He handled with professionalism a special request we had last moment.

The room was really nice, cosy and the architecture of the hotel is nice.The receptionist was really helpful.It's a nice location because it's less touristic and it's not to far from old quarter. We heard a lot of dog's barking and cars, quite noisy. The staff of the restaurant at breakfast were on their phones and they were not helpful at all. The breakfast was not good. The "infinity pool" in the photos look so nice but it's very small and cold.The view is not great and the space is small.

The breakfast food could be improved.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tonkin Luxury Boutique Hotel Hanoi. Every corner of the hotel is beautifully designed. The facade and interiors are stunning and full of character. The rooms were also very clean and comfortable. Service was excellent as well. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. We had zero issues during our stay.

The location was convenient, and while a little off the beaten path, in a quieter neighborhood with great food, spas, and energy. The breakfast was amazing. The design was impeccable and it was all around lovely. The staff communications wasn't the best at times and the bed could have been a bit more comfortable.

Beautiful room, good breakfast and well-located

Comfortable bedding, super clean facilities, Japanese toilets, very good location situated between Old Town and other districts I believe this boutique hotel is more suitable for leisure guests exploring Old quarter as the location is convenient and walkable to attractions. However, it is not recommended for business visitors as the staff is familiar with business procedures such as issuance of gov tax invoice - had to ask at least 3 times over 3 days that I stayed there to get the invoice. Also, the hotel doesn’t have a driveway which might be a minor inconvenience for car pickups.

Everything! Very clean place, amazing staff, and not far from the main tourist spots. Highly recommended.

This will be my go-to Hanoi hotel. It's new, beautifully designed, and very well-appointed. The pool on the roof is to die for. The bathrooms are chic, and the water pressure is great. The bed was like a cloud. Perfect area, away from the craziness of Old Town but a very short walk. Right by a beautiful large lake. Honestly, I don't have one negative thing to say.

This will be my go-to Hanoi hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful. The hotel is luxurious. Bed so comfortable. The location is close to old town but far enough away that you can feel the real Hanoi. Great coffee shots and resultants around. Right by the lake. The bathrooms in the rooms were spacious and comfortable. My family and I loved it. Honestly nothing. We were very happy.
