Everything was wonderful.

Photos from the room are nicely photographed. In reality it looks not even close to this. Heating wasn’t working and the humidity in the room was super high. So we left after a night and stayed in a different place

The location was handy for me as close to the office I had to work in. It also provides an authentic Hanoi experience. But if I were a tourist, I'd probably go to a more vibey part. The room wasn't very soundproof so the noises from the roads are quite audible. All good otherwise, lovely people!!

Lovely rooms, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very good value for money. Staff were very helpful too. It's a little away from the old quarter but easy to get in via cheap grab, wasn't an issue for our stay it was nice to stay away from the hectic centre.

Interesting little welcome to Hanoi. It was a mixed bag of experiences really. Comfortable, good value for money. Loved the immediate area for its gorgeous and quaint coffee shops. I found the staff a bit hit and miss with some very helpful and engaging while others were just not interested. Location was a bit out of the way. Not a hotel geared for brand new tourists. A bit noisy at night due to wanting a bath on balcony. My bath was super cool, nice touch with a lovely bathbomb available to purchase in the room, great shower too, however the plug didn't hold water so the whole experience was a bit quick lol due to the rapid loss of water.

Nice hotel very clean, manager was very friendly and when we had issues with our tv we got moved straight away which was nice. however we were looking forward to using the facilities together as a couple as we’re travelling together but this isn’t allowed in this hotel, Women and men have to use Sauna etc at different times.

We loved the staff, made us feel safe and welcome, and a great room. The location is a bit far but we liked it, the chairs in the balcony are tiny cubes but it's ok, great balcony besides that.

The receptionist there was very helpful. The stay was clean and modern. Buffet can be more varieties and a bit struggling to communicate with the person in charge of the buffet area.
