Room was aesthetically pleasing, was allowed to check-in early for free despite there being a charge. Helpful staff when I needed assistance. TV and fridge not working, very stiff bed, courtyard view was just a window to a pit. Hot water for shower was inconsistent. I tried to get switched to a different room with working appliances but was told all the available rooms were having similar issues. Was a fair distance from central Ha Noi so I needed to travel a distance to visit most of the places I wanted to see. Score would be lower if they didn't allow me to check-in an hour early for free.

Staff was trying to be helpful and air conditioning was working. Other reviews are obviously fake, please take a look at google first to see what people really think. Look by the address, as the hotel name changed (probably because of bad reviews). Going to hotel takes half an hour from the old town due to very narrow streets (20 km/h tops). Staff can't understand English at all, even using translator it is problematic to communicate. Our room was absolutely disgusting - everything that could be dirty, it was. The foot towel was for sure used before, floor and walls had stains, there were dust everywhere. Even our bedsheet had a dirty boot mark on it (what the hell?). The toilet was such badly designed, that you were not able to wash without wetting absolutely everything around, including the toilet paper. Toilet shower handle was hanging on a single pin, loosely attached to the wall (which fallen off several times while using it), apparently no one bothered to fix it before. Don't be scammed, the "3 stars" mean absolutely nothing in this case.

Staff was friendly Dirty walls, bed sheets, curtains. No hot shower. Bedbugs. Loud karaoke right in front of the hotel. Checked out on the first night.

The staff were great and very welcoming and helpful. They are very kind. The location was a bit disapointing was far from the main touristic places. But the local people were nice and peaceful.

The view in the pictures isn't real And also we forget things in the room and tried to contact them through their contact number they didn't answer and when we come back they just make an excuse And also the hotel is too far from the center

The bathmat appears to be unclean; if possible, please replace it before the visitor checks in. There is a lot of morning noise from the nearby market.

This maybe the best option you can find in the surrounding area. We got upgraded to the city view room for free, the room is recently re-decorated so it looks new and clean. Staffs are really nice too. The city view is great at night but you shouldn't open the door because of the stinky smell from the river Some stuffs in the room are old and it even didn't work as well but I think if I reported to staffs they'll fix them.

the amenities for the price and for this solo traveller were good. I wanted a room change, and that was no problem. I could see the sun rise and it was quiet no odours. road side rooms can hear traffic but this gets quieter after sunset. slight odour from river. no shower soap. shower room should have a squeegee because the floor is VERY slippery after showering. the bedside lamp was too dim (adjustable) for reading. the lamp in my first room was brighter. maybe the bulb was fatigued.
