- The snacks are not free, but super cheap. - They cleaned and gave 2 bottles of water every day.

The hotel located in the small road.The staffs are nice and friendly. It nearby some local food outlets and some coffee shops. We book 3 rooms and travel with families and the rooms are quite alright. Not too big but enough for couple or business travel. The hotel is not really good but it is ok. In the morning some local people sell things on the street so you can hear clearly what they are saying. The rooms are not very soundproof, you can hear what people say from outside.

Clean, friendly staff, good location. I have stayed here many times already. You can hear loud noise when other guests close their room doors. It became unpleasant during the late night when you already slept.

Food, mini bar, location. rooms look very different from the photos, we came here at 2 a.m and we tought that the hotel isnt working because all the windows and doors were closed. Rooms have mold on the ceiling, shower. Rooms are very small, receptionist didnt talk english, was kinda hard to communicate then we arrived.

The hotel is one of my favorites for my trips to Hanoi. The room is large and clean, the bed is comfy, and the bathroom was good as well. The staff is very nice and helpful. The air conditioner becomes noisier. The guests in the next room were noisy and I could hear the sound from hard closing the door

The fourth time I stayed at this hotel. Everything is good as usual! Their customers sometimes were noisy at night. They slammed the doors so hard.
