Location easy to find. Powerful and hot shower. Heat and cool air con. Swift lift. Attentive and hospitable staff at breakfast restaurant on the 8th floor. Sign guide should be there to breakfast restaurant. Towel not white and should all be replaced. Strong chemical fragrance spray in the room. Location on busy road means vehicle noise could be heard all the night.

The hotel cheated on the size of the room. Do not stay in this hotel. If you already booked, cancel it. If you can not do it, make sure the hotel size matches the room description upon check-in.

Early check-in without effort, very friendly receiption and personnel. Good and clean room - the first with living green in vases. Thank you for that! Nice locals surrounding with street food, massage and cafés - a few steps along the road you are in more action... Power sockets a bit worn for European plugs. Maybe a bit too noisy to the road in front...

The room was so stinky,, and smelled of cigarettes,, that I asked the staff to change my room,, which she did. but the room still had the same smell,, so after 10 minutes of checking in, I decided to move out without asking my payment back,.

Wonderful stay at the dlmos in Hanoi. The hotel has a great location close to the indoor arena, coffee shops, supermarket and bars. Staff are very friendly. The receptionist even took me for a ride in her scooter to pickup some medication! Rooms are large, clean and have air con. Cleaners did a good job everyday. Will for sure return and stay again. Small issue with hot water on shower on first day which was quickly rectified.

I liked it’s location for ease of getting out of the city when I hired a motorbike but also it was still only a short Grab bike ride to the centre. there wasn’t much choice for breakfast.
