The location of the hotel is great, being placed in the center of old quarter. All iconic spots are within walking distance, including the iconic Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly, especially Anna, who worked hard to organize our day excursions and maximize our comfort. The wifi is a bit spotty and stops working at random times.

The staff keeps asking you to put a 10/10 review and giving you some discounts in exchange. Which I find is not an ethical practice for ratings. Ratings help other travellers determine whether the property is worth it. If the rating process itself is rigged then it is a disservice to other travellers. I selected this property because of the high ratings and found several problems with the property. The AC in our room was not working properly, the bed is old and crinkly, the wifI was very weak in our room and the phone didnt work so anytime we needed anything or had a question we had to go down. We also got a massage which was not great at all. Overall this was a not good stay for us. We enjoyed all the other places we stayed in, at Vietnam.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old quarter with great walking access to food, Hoan Kiem lake, the night market, and train street. The staff were lovely, helpful, and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable!

Excellent stay in this ideally located hotel in the heart of Hanoi's old quarter. Everything is within walking distance: restaurants, Hoàn Kiếm lake, night market… perfect for discovering the city easily, especially with a child. The room was comfortable and clean, with everything needed to rest after a busy day. The staff are really welcoming, always smiling and ready to help. Very good breakfast I recommend this hotel for a convenient, pleasant and stress-free stay in Hanoi. Everything was fine

It was wonderful from beginning to end!!!! Besides the perfect location in the old town, the staff deserves special mention!!! You were treated like a king; it started with someone always holding the hotel door open, whether you were going in or out! The rooms were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! The spa area is also worth highlighting – the massage was a dream! We highly recommend it to everyone!!! None
