I stayed at the deluxe king room. The location is perfect. It’s located in the heart of the old district. But that was the staff who stole my heart. They managed all my problems and requests and my stay here was a real pleasure. Highly recommend this hotel!

Staff went above and beyond to assist me with travel plans - even assisted a friend who was staying at a different property. Breakfast was delicious! Bed was comfortable. The stairways often had items stored in them.

All the staff were so friendly and warm. Ha, the manager, went out of her way to help me. I arrived as a customer and left as a family member. I really liked my room with the outdoor bathtub and view. The property is tired and towels are a bit worn.

I liked everything the hotel. The breakfast was great, delicious and a lot of variety. The room that stayed was hide enough for one/two people.

Ongoing renovations without being informed about it. Requested early check in after a 12 h flight and the best they could do was 13.30

We booked two Superior Double/Twin rooms (the most basic) which were adequate. Each had a bathroom and air conditioning and breakfast was included. Note that these rooms are not the ones featured in the photos. I would recommend paying extra for the better rooms. Hard mattress

The staff was very helpful and accommodating and took great care of us. The location is great and it is really easy to go around the old quarter. Great lunch, coffee and dinner options nearby. Renovations took place during our stay which made some of our stay noisy.

Lucky the owner was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The staff are beautiful. Everything was great.

Hotel location was except as well we were able to walk to most places which was very helpful .The staff were so friendly and helpful to us. I really liked that they were giving us suggestions on attractions/ places to see while we were in Hanoi. We were also very lucky to be upgraded to their honeymoon suite, room was clean, king bed was nice and big, the room was quite big and was on the top floor which we liked as we had the whole floor to ourselves. We found in the bathroom where there was the shower inside the bath tub that the floor gets quiet slippery perhaps getting a mat could prevent someone getting hurt? This also applies to the tile floor as I almost slip besides having a towel on the floor.

Location close to old town but quiet enough to sleep. Bed ok and bathroom good too. Breakfast was plentiful, buffet style + after found you could order extras from menu which I'd have preferred...staff were really friendly and nice Room not quite same as pics on website, but was OK for price paid (highly discounted to full rate), wouldnt want to have paid full price for what i got though, price was fair at discounted price. Would have preferred menu on tables for breakfast so I knew I could order , too late later after having found something less optimal at buffet to eat

Breakfast was superb. Have enjoyed it every morning. Beds are comfortable. Have upgraded our room but doesn't look like an upgrade, doesn't have much space to move around. Booking.com stuffed up our free airport transfer and didn't even reply back to my email.
