The staff were outstanding!!!! My family experienced a travel emergency and the staff went above and beyond to help and comfort me. The room had some issues so I moved to a new room. The new room was clean and spacious but no windows.

The property is very clean, quiet and conveniently located. The property manager and front desk staff are wonderful and helpful. The breakfast staff made sure that we are comfortable, specially Huyen.

Very friendly and helpuful staff. Emma was particularly helpful. I've also used laundry service, and gave my motorbike body armor to clean, turned out better as new. Hotel is located at a quiet street.

Good value for a four-star hotel that will satisfy the needs of a Western tourist who wants the comfort and amenities of a Marriot or Sheraton. The room was large, clean and fully equipped, including a TV with numerous Western channels such as CNN and the BBC. The location is about 40 minutes walk from the Old Quarter and 15 minutes from the French Quarter, but there is plenty of local street life and businesses, as well as several upscale restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The young men and ladies staffing the front are all fluent English speakers and the morning breakfast buffet has all the usual American and European favorites, augmented by several Vietnamese dishes. No major complaints. A good deal in a decent location for tourists who don't want to overspend but need familiar amenities. The breakfast buffet was a little bland, but better than version you usually get in an American hotel. The young ladies on the staff were charming to converse with, but the conversations all ended with a request for a 5-star Google review. I appreciate their ambition and desire to get ahead, but it came across as a little crass.

The staff is extremely friendly, one of the guys speaks Spanish, English, Mandarin and Vietnamese. I would definitely go back. Breakfast is good too. The gym location is a little complicated, but other than that, I thought the hotel was very good. The swimming pool is small, but I didn't get to use it.

The wonderful staff made this hotel our favourite stay during our 2 weeks in Vietnam. The manager, receptionists, the girl serving breakfast, and the cleaning staff were all so friendly and genuine. We enjoyed the brand new gym and the location outside the chaos of the old quarter. Breakfast had a good mix of Asian and western food, they also took time to understand my dietary requirements and catered for it. The soundproofing in the room wasn't great but it didn't bother us, we were in Hanoi afterall

Friendly, always-smiling staff. When I asked to extend my checkout until 2 PM, they responded with such a bright smile. Thank you for everything. Everything was PERFECT!!

Fair enough to commodate several days No room service for ironing, even lack of iron for doing myself, house keeping keep my personal card putting in room for 1 day after cleaning which is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. Reception guy was helpful yet overall is a no for next time
