Not to many choise on breakfast

I had an extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, there was a strong, overwhelming odor that made it impossible to stay. The smell was so bad that I ended up leaving and booking another hotel at once  The condition of the room was unacceptable. The walls were covered in marks that clearly had not been cleaned in a very long time—shoe prints, what appeared to be snot, blood, and other unknown stains. It gave the impression that basic hygiene and housekeeping were completely neglected. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had in 35 years above 8.0 score Cleanliness should be the bare minimum, and unfortunately, this place failed completely. I would not recommend staying here to anyone. had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel room. The condition of the bed was just as bad. The sheets were not the crisp, clean white you’d expect—instead, they had noticeable yellow stains that made it clear they hadn’t been properly cleaned or replaced. It was honestly unsettling and made it hard to relax at all. Overall, the entire place felt depressing and poorly maintained. The photos online are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the room. I felt misled and disappointed, and I would not recommend staying here.:::

The walls are THIN

The only complaint is the AC keeps turning OFF or cannot turn on due to the whole building runs on one control, energy saving Off hours.

Some autos not the same thing on the picture looks and when you book the hotel and you’re gonna be surprised

Rooms are pretty quiet and very clean.

The staff were friendly and hard working! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were lovely. The breakfast was good too and for a very generous rate! Considering the price was so great these were very minor issues, sometimes the toilet wouldn't flush but we could fix it easily and it wasn't very sound proof although sleeping was not an issue!

Hotel is very good for the price and serves good breakfast everyday. They clean my room everyday. The hotel is safe for a solo traveler. They also have wifi. The staff are helpful and accommodating. They allow me for an early check-in and I was able to leave my luggage in the hotel lobby after check-out since I have a late night flight. It's just a bit far from the center/tourist area but overall my stay at the hotel was excellent.

The hotel is decent, with good cleanliness standards. The staff is helpful. The breakfast menu is very limited, and can be expanded to include more items. My biggest issue was with the hotel WiFi, which was completely non-functional beyond the first night of my stay (I stayed for a total of three days/four nights). I repeatedly checked with the hotel reception, and they agreed that the WiFi is not working throughout the hotel, but did not get it repaired over several days. This was frustrating, as my international travel data pack on my phone had a limited amount of data, on which I had to solely rely upon. In the present day and age, good WiFi access is mandatory and cannot be compromised upon.

I had booked a 22 M Square room but they initially provided a 13-14 M2 . Luckily the reception was known to me from my last stay at their other location, so upon my consistent request she was able to provide the room size that was booked.the breakfast is totally lousy and by 9 AM the stuff is mostly finished and they do not replenish and their breakfast room staff start eating around 9.15 AM as well and the staff attitude shows that we are not welcome and that is the similar feedback I had from two other guests . . The housekeeping is poorest that I experienced in my last 8 weeks of non stop staying at the hotels and the staff have attitude issues.

Cannot pay by VISA, the front desk insisted to charge me 3% if I pay by VISA, so I paid by cash?

Staff - Thu and Rubi were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, the location is in a very developed district. Housekeepers are so lazy, they didn't want to clean properly and change towels.

Good quiet location away from busy traffic, tourists and smelly river. Friendly staff who conversed well in English for a smooth check-in/out process, friendly greetings and nearby food recommendations. Hotel staff had accidentally assigned me the wrong room (got a twin room, instead of a double), but I let it go, since I was only staying for one night. Woke up to a power trip in the building the next morning - half the rooms were affected, including mine. No lights, no aircon, no water heater. Window was boarded up, hence the room was pitch-black in the day. However, hotel staff assigned me another room (double) until my check out.

Walls have water marks, furniture is not the best-maintained, water temperatures from shower fluctuates. Breakfast area on the 9th floor is only accessible via a flight of stairs from the 8th floor, so if you are staying on the 8th floor, you may be awoken by noise outside your room in the morning. Breakfast is okay, but runs almost out of food by 9.30am.

I like the location and breakfast. Staffs are friendly. My room is on 8th floor, and it was annoyed in the morning because the breakfast place is on the 9th floor. During last 2 nights the guest in room 804 was noisy. It made me feel not good.

Well-priced, staff were extremely helpful, location is not in a tourist area but that was an advantage, it wasn't constantly crowded and full of hawkers as is the Old Quarter. Breakfast was asian breakfast only, but that's not a complaint, breakfast was good, fresh and varied. Aircon worked, no shortage of hot water, tv channels are a good selection, bed was king-sized and comfortable, laundry is reasonably priced and fast, fridge in room was small but adequate. I would definitely recommend. Because you're not in the Old Quarter, tours don't collect from here, you have to get to Old Quarter yourself.
