TOP NOTCH accommodation. - Staff was unbelievably nice. They would respond no matter how late. - The Cleanliness was 10/10. - The location was authentic Vietnamese living. NOT for the tourist type BUT it is also not far. Maybe 5 mins from the center. - FOOD everywhere - Best beds. Everything is provided. Everyone is respectful. - Next to THREE convenience stores. My schedule ha! Nothing the hotel could do.

There was no window so it was like living in a dungeon for 4 days. We asked for a late check out and they charged us a ridiculous amount for a few extra hours. Our friends booked the same time and got a far nicer room for the same price with 2 beds instead of one.

Dirty room, used sheets (disgusting). The person on the reception was funny but zero helpful (English: zero).. The room was smelly and dirty,the bathroom it's completely connected with the other room ,so you can ear everything,I mean everything ?..o man .... We open the bed and the sheets were dirty and full of genital hair...I get really disappointed ☹️, went down and asked for a new one but I had to change by my own.. I asked for a discount about it,but nothing ???.. I mean,no nice at all

Staff are super nice and caring. The location is close to many good local restaurants. There is an elevator. The room is spacious. Good values. The bathroom cloth hanger inside the shower renders it useless. Love-making chair is not necessary and takes up too much space. The electrical outlet is hidden inside the cabinet of the kitchenette, which doesn't make sense.

This was my second time and the room was much better Everything is excellent for the price. I couldn't ask for more.

We were upgraded to a nicer room when we told them about the issues in our initial room. Nice amenities and lighting The first room we got wasn’t great. We had a broken chair and a broken fan and the power was pulsing so the AC didn’t cool the room in over an hour when “blasting”. We told them about these issues and they upgraded us to a nicer studio. We were very thankful for this, but this was the room that we saw in the photos when we initially booked. So we ended up getting the room be booked originally.

shops nearby, location close to the center the room was not very clean, there were a lot of ants. The view from the window was on a wall with air conditioning and because of this it was noisy

The window is also weird, it leads the hall instead of looking outside, no clear pictures of this on Booking

Stayed in 804 on the 8th floor. Really good elevator. Bar on 9th is great and you can dry clothes in the open air on the 10th. Stayed 2 nights. The security guard didn't speak English but Google translate was fine. 24 hour check in and out is great. Place was clean, quiet and had all the amenities of an expensive hotel including tooth brush, shampoo and towels. Appartment entrance directions (that the owner or manager message me) were wrong. it's the opposite side of the building to enter. Not the supermarket side. Shower is fully functional but the handle comes off in your hand and the bigger shower head is clogged, you need to use the secondary, flexi shower head. Location is quiet but you're a 20000vnd taxi away from historic area. Can also be walked in half an hour.

We love the tent and the fresh air. The view in the morning, the breakfast. Too close from the city.
