The first floor rooms were clean. The manager charges extra money from the booking fee. She denied using booking.com

Everything is very dirty. Old room and facilities. Still have remaining dirty items of the last guests in the room. No privacy. A lot of trashes in the corridor and in the reception area. Rude employees. Nothing like images. Absolutely terrible, not recommended at all.

location is so so. The staff tried to charge me 400 000 even though the booking.com price was 250 000. The rooms were filthy. The dresser drawer was full of condoms and condom wrappers.?
