Location, staff was nice and breakfast was a good variety. Bed was very comfortable. I booked what I thought was a room with 2 twin beds but apparently you need to contact them to confirm or you're given a room with 1 queen/king bed. Water pressure isn't great if you're expecting it. It's an old building so there will always be some issues but it wouldn't keep me from staying again.

Lovely hotel in the central Old Quarter. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was a problem. Shout out to the bar staff in the upstairs bar and pool area who were exceptional Please make the wifi secure

The breakfast was good. Liked the rooftop. The area was also good. Not too loud but centrally located, and very walkable. Staff were LOVELY! So kind and helpful. Room was clean. The room was small and washrooms sink was slow to drain. It would also be nice to have a shower door and better water pressure, but nothing majorly wrong.

Location and staff , very professional and welcoming to the guest The water tap is a bit dirty , but housekeeping able to fix it and clean it right away , so we don’t have any problem after that

Ms. Tracy was a life saver. She assisted us with our visa applications and booking private transportation for our entire vacation, not just in Hanoi. I highly recommend them. We loved everything.

We had a really lovely stay at Peridot Gallery Classic Hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating from check-in until check-out. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. Since I was also celebrating my birthday during our trip, the hotel kindly prepared a sweet “Happy Birthday” dessert plate for me — such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. The hospitality throughout our stay felt warm and sincere. The room was clean, cozy, and in a very convenient location for exploring Hanoi. Even though we only stayed for one night, the experience left a great impression on us. Would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back again!

Hotel was professional, felt fancy, and staff was amazing. Breakfast and front desk staff remembered us and our room number as the stay went along. Large breakfast selection with both Western and Asian selections was great. Very cool pool and rooftop bar as well! Room was a bit small-but this was expected and was advertised as such so not a bad thing.
