I really enjoyed my stay at the property. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained, and the location is right in the middle of the Old Quarter, making it easy to go everywhere and explore the city. A special mention to Bien, the Manager, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made a difference and added to the overall experience. Nothing

Amazing property it looks more expensive than its price I really loved the place and even extended my time there the staff and Ben the manager are very friendly and caring I highly recommend to anyone in Hanoi That I need to leave Hanoi

The location and the service. Room Was exactly as described. The balcony was perfect for chilling. The bathroom did not have a shower divider but that was not a huge problem.

The location is perfect. All staff has been very helpful and always try to solve my problems. The manager, Dinh Bien, is a very good guy who tried to make my comfort. He always supported me when I had a problem. He managed an excellent tour for Ha Long Bay for me.it was fantastic, and at the end of the tour, I forgot my bag in Halong Bay, and he helped me to get my bag. And he made it from 200 km distance.

It was worth what we paid for. The location, the staff were both very good. Rooms were clean. Bien and his team were very helpful at all times. From the day of booking itself Bien was helping us sorting out our tours in Hanoi and pretty much with everything. If you are a light sleeper the balcony room wouldn’t be ideal for you. Other than that everything else was very good.

The room didn't have a window (or it had a stage one, painted black and with a wall two inches on the other side of the glass). I realize this is common in urban SE Asia, but I personally find it depressing if it's 7am and still feels like midnight in my room - especially if the room costs what this one did.

We enjoyed our stay in your hotel, the location is very accessible to every spot we visited. What we like most are the small restos catering Vietnam pho and bahn mi..the taste is so authentic and the prices are affordable ? thank you we will definitely come back to this place

the staff was extremely friendly and made sure my stay was great. it’s in a great location in the old quarter and the rooms were spacious and bed was very comfortable. the bathrooms were small and definitely needed some TLC. the photos look a lot nicer than how the rooms actually look but you get what you pay for so if you’re looking for a budget friendly stay in the old quarter with nice staff this might be for you.
