Au Coeur d'Hanoi Apartment

Nothing much, the location is so so - at the end of a small valley in a one way street Room was small, dirty, the air conditioner sound horribly loud. No reception. Even the towels are very old, there is no daily cleaning for the room( you will have to extra pay for it)

We stayed here for 4 nights. We stayed on the 7th floor the apartment had everything we needed and was about 20 minute walk to the hustle and bustle of the city. You can walk or get a Grab Beds were a little hard but this seems to be the norm when staying in Vietnam.

excellent location close to the Old Quarter, quiet, with a lot of space. Comfy beds too! Wifi is sometimes a bit spotty, also the bedsheeets are a bit tired.

Location is good, it’s in central but away from the noise. The building manager is friendly and helpful. Spacious place provided what we need.

The apartment was clean and spacious for the three of us. The location is within walking distance to the old quarter and other attractions.

We got moved on at short notice by our other property manager. Found this one quickly and was pleasantly surprised by how much better it was than where we were staying. The two bedroom apartment was clean, offered great amenities, high up on level.7 so we had excellent views to wake up to. Property Manager was super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely consider staying here again next time. This is just me. I generally like relaxing to some good television time after a day of exploring. If the tv units were larger (over 32 inches) and had clear reception, good spread of sport and movie channels, that would make my stay there exceptional. Honestly, that's about all I can pick on. Everything else far exceeded my expectations.

Clean room and friendly staff

Spacious because I booked the biggest unit. The washing machine. Daily change of bedsheets and floor cleaning requires additional cost ! Drivers refused to come lobby to load / unload luggage coz small lane to the apartment building. No one speaking English ...very hard to communicate. No proper mattress for the bed. Rather hard too.

Clean apartment Location and staff behaviour

My husband and I had to undergo neck physical therapy after leaving the apartment because the bed sagged in the middle when we lay on it. The pillows were either too hard or so soft that they flattened completely, causing us neck pain. The electrical system was poorly installed. The alley was narrow, making it impossible for vehicles to come in and pick up our luggage. The staff were rude and handled our requests incorrectly despite prior communication. It was truly a terrible experience.

Good location. Only a 10min Stroll to the lake and the central market. It was lovely and quiet and nice and clean. The management were extremely helpful with arranging things and even helped with getting my bags back that were lost by the airport Beds were hard

Exceptional

Great location, only a 10 minute walk to the lake and old quarter. The managers were amazingly helpful in helping us organise our stay and went out of their way to help me recover lost bags from my flight. Bed was a bit hard, but it seems to be the style in Vietnam.

Very good

The host, security, and cleaning staff did an excellent job during our stay. We were allowed to check in early upon our arrival. The location of our apartment is at the back, but we got used to it during our two-week stay.

They were helpful, nice to have your own space. Shower was really good. Pillows were firm
