We loved the concierge service-I have rarely experienced such amazing above-and-beyond service for such a good price! We were so pleased how helpful and willing the staff was to assist us with all our questions and transportation. Bring our first time in Vietnam, there was so much we needed help with (figuring out how to use grab, checking the best places for jewelry shop money exchange, recommendations and addresses for good tailor shops, room service, etc.) They even let us borrow their desk umbrellas the Sunday as we were heading out for church and a downpour appeared imminent. Their English levels were very impressive, and made it easy to ask any questions we had. The rooms were very nice and clean (although a bit worn in some spots). The pillows felt like clouds and all room amenities were great! We very much enjoyed our stay here! Only a few small things would have been better-the shampoo seemed to be the same as the body wash so it didn't feel like we had shampoo. Overall, the hotel is very nice, however the lobby couches and floor often had lots of crumbs on them and many food stains. Also, it would be nice if more of the food at breakfast was covered, since the growing heat and humidity did bring a few bugs in. There was also an issue with a taxi the hotel pre-booked for us being 30 minutes late, but that might not be something the hotel could really do anything about.

The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was fantastic. It was a quiet area, so a very calm and relaxing stay. There was filming going on while we were staying there and although we were always encouraged to go ahead and that we weren't in the way, moving though the cameras and lights in the lobby did feel like we were a bit of an inconvenience especially since we weren't told that this would be happening. Not a huge issue but slightly uncomfortable.

Great staff, good breakfast. Everyone was very sweet and helpful! Enjoyed the spa services too. Food at the restaurant is great as well. Location is a bit far from major touristy places but that’s ok.

Breakfast always is a good point, despite small dining room. Quite a variety of food choice. Staff is friendly and smiling. Cosy chair/table. Room ambient, could feel the honk of the trucks in the rim road nearby. No razor, even it is queen room (double deluxe?) No bath tub, not recommended for Japanese guests.

Our stay at the FTE Ba Dinh Hotel was fantastic! The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The facilities such as the gym, pool and spa were all clean and easy to access. Our room was comfortable and clean and the food at the hotel was also delicious. It's not really something I didn't like, but it is something to take note of. When staying at this hotel, you will need a grab to go places such as Old Quarter.

Staff very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast buffet excellent, rooms clean and comfortable. Location was 20-30 minute drive from most tourist attractions. Not much within walking distance of hotel. Deceiving name as there is a busy tourist area with same name as hotel.

Excellent hotel - really great value with great facilities (pool, lounge space, gym), huge breakfast selection (a hit with the kids!) and a good location for exploring the city. We walked a lot, and enjoyed seeing the local area this way, but you could easily get a Grab around too. Comfortable and spacious rooms, a great start to our Vietnamese adventures.
