Absolutely love this place, this was our second visit. The entire staff is awesome. Quynh was amazing at making us feel at home and explaining everything we needed to know. Don on night shift duty was also a highlight—very funny guy who took great care of us. Highly recommended and definitely coming back! Everything awesome

The friendliness and how accommodating all the staff are especially Don. The moment ,I mentioned if it's possible to get a room with city view, they upgraded me free. The room is so clean, and despite of their warning that it could be noisy due to the busy street, I slept like a log. And most important of all, it is very close to many famous spot in old quarter. Closes is the train street with just a 10 min walk.

Incredibly friendly staff! They always checked in on me and my room was super comfortable. The location is very convenient for being so close to the old quarter! Everything is walking distance which is sooooo nice. I highly recommend if you want to be near everything. Lots of great food and cafes nearby! It’s an awesome place :)

The hotel is conveniently located, close to many tourist attractions and the train station. The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff is fantastic, speaking excellent English, helpful, and organised. We were disappointed with the room; it looked a bit different from the photos, and the review score itself is much higher than it should be. Also, it was cold even with the AC on. The hotel staff asked for a good review, but being honest, I don't want to fabricate the review score or mislead other travelers. It builds false expectations.

Everything was great! The service and friendliness of all the staff was unbeatable. They really took great care of me. I even left my fav shirt (souvenir), and they quickly notified me and offered to send it to me. Place has everything you need including a small refrigerator. Water is always hot for showers. AC worked great. Bed was comfy. Best sleep since traveling all over SE asia. Decided I would stay longer I liked it so much.

Perfect location just minutes from the main train station and the airport bus stop. Many food options in the area - street food, restaurants, craft beer. Staff - super friendly, helpful, always smiling and offering advice. Cong at the reception was exceptional, he is one of the nicest and friendliest young men I have met. He even carried my bag to the airport bus stop - thank you Cong! Hotel does not offer food but they give guests a small food package on the day they check out, in case they need to go to the airport early and without breakfast...nice touch. Nothing at all, no complaints.

Everything was good about Hanoi Aria Central Hotel & Spa. Staff was very hospitable, soft spoken, and very caring. They went beyond our expectations in taking care and looking after us.
