The front desk staff is was nice and polite and room was clean I did not like the location (not a lot close by and too close to a dirty train station area) and they did not refresh the breakfast buffet, when we got to breakfast we could tell food has been there for a while

The bed was comfortable and the location was not bad, fairly close to the old quarter. The furnishing were quite modern. The staff at the front counter were helpful! The noise isolation is very bad, all the sounds in the corridor come straight through into the room, even those from other floors. There was a baby cockroach in the shower that I had to kill. The breakfast was not as good as I would have expected.

I had a great 2-night stay at Hotel De La Seine Hanoi. The experience honestly exceeded my expectations. The staff were amazing—very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable, clean, and well prepared, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring the Old Quarter. Everything was well taken care of, and I had a very pleasant stay. Overall, I have nothing to complain about and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. I would gladly stay here again. ?

Their hospitality really made the experience feel warm and personal. The room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt very cozy and well maintained. After spending time exploring the Old Quarter, it was the perfect place to come back and rest. The location in the Old Quarter is also very convenient, making it easy to walk around and explore Hanoi’s attractions, food, and culture. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and there is honestly nothing to complain about. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would happily stay here again. ?

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel De La Seine Hanoi. The location is excellent — close to the city center, which made getting around Hanoi very easy and convenient. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to help. They even assisted us with exchanging cash so we could pay for our taxi, which we truly appreciated. Their hospitality made our stay smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi! Breakfast options could have more variety. The balcony was very small.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied. The location is perfect, making it very convenient to explore the city while still being quiet and comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived and were happy to assist with recommendations and arrangements. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Our room was spacious, a large comfortable bed, with a little fridge & kettle. The room & bathroom were clean, the shower was hot & great water pressure. Its in a local area, close to train station and could walk to old quarter. We had a balcony at the front of the building so there was road noise from about 6am until midnight. The breakfast was not needed so perhaps a discounted room rate without breakfast would be good.

The bed so comfy, the room is spacious and clean, staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel location also surrounded by a lot of great place and delish food on walking distance.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and with a very good breakfast spread, the hotel levels up further with one of the best locations there as it sits right smack center of an area where all you need is a mere steps away. Most of all, the hotel staff are just about some of the friendliest and most well mannered I have ever come across.

Very nice hotel with an over accommodating staff. They were very responsive from the welcoming to the checking in and to the checking out. Perfect location in Hanoi. Walking distance to everywhere and surrounded by great restaurants and street food. Highly recommend
