The hotel itself is beautiful with a great location. The staff made the stay perfect! Extremely helpful, spoke English well and provided top service. My husband didn’t like the coffee served at breakfast and the rooms were a bit dark so hard to read at night.

The breakfast, staff and location was great. Our room was on the smaller size for 2 check in luggages. Our bathroom door barely opened up all the way, it felt in the tighter side and the shower looked on the older side.

The breakfast was definitely worth it to include in booking. A good variety of food. Love that there is a noodle soup and eggs (any style) station made to order. I wish the hotel offered 2 keycards for each room upon request. Some of us end up getting it but others had to be let in when our partners weren’t back in the room yet.

Well located, with super friendly and caring staff. The room was spacious and the decor is nice. The hotel itself is beautiful and they make you feel well taken care of. Breakfast was really good too! I even received a farewell gift, which I thought was super thoughtful.

The soundproofing of the main door as well the rooms in general could be better. I had noise coming through the door on the 4th night of our stay. A noisy neighbor had late night visitors after 1 in the night and they kept banging the door and making noise on the balcony. I had to call the reception and complain about the noisy guests. The reception was very quick to help though.

The hotel itself is beautifully renovated with an elegant atmosphere and luxurious touches throughout. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of the staff was kind, helpful, and genuinely attentive. We were welcomed with a lovely page of gift vouchers for the spa, restaurant, and rooftop bar-such a thoughtful and exclusive touch! The deluxe breakfast was a highlight-plentiful, fresh, and beautifully presented. A special thank you to Trinh, who went above and beyond. She is incredibly sweet, caring, and knowledgeable-she shared everything we needed to know for our first visit and made us feel completely at home. It was a huge pleasure staying at La Sinfonía Citadel Hotel & Spa. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, style, and outstanding hospitality in the heart of Hanoi.
