I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. What made the experience especially memorable was the atmosphere. As someone who enjoys Korean culture, I genuinely felt as if I was in Seoul. From the ambiance and food to the overall guest experience, there was a distinct Korean touch that made the stay unique and enjoyable. The location was convenient, and the hotel offered great value for money. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Wonderful stay — the rooms are comfortable and well-designed. The bar and lounge areas are top level, especially with the live music. The whole hotel feels quiet and private, with a beautiful view. I also recommend booking lounge access if you prefer to dine in — snacks and dinner were quite decent. The Evian Spa could offer a bit more for its price. The TV should be a SMART TV, considering the hotel’s class and rate.

Very clean, mart and department is below, it was very convenient. And breakfast is very good. When I woke up the morning, the smell of food was coming from somewhere. I think it came through the exhaust fan. I was startled. And the air conditioner kept turning on and off, as if it was adjusting the temperature. It was a bit annoying.

As one of Hanoi's most iconic skyscrapers, the Lotte Hotel Hanoi offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city, especially from our room. Waking up to the sprawling urban landscape was a daily highlight, and the nighttime vista was equally captivating, a shimmering tapestry of lights. This unique advantage of being in the "tallest tier" undoubtedly elevated our stay. The convenience factor for a family was a major plus. We loved the direct access to a shopping mall, which provided endless entertainment and retail therapy options right at our fingertips. This was incredibly convenient, especially with children, allowing us to easily pop down for anything we needed or simply enjoy some leisurely Browse. The surrounding area further enhanced our experience with an abundance of coffee shops and good restaurants nearby, offering a delightful array of culinary choices for every palate. Beyond the prime location and stunning views, the service was truly excellent. Every member of the staff, from the concierge to the housekeeping team, was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. Their proactive approach and warm hospitality made us feel valued and well-cared for throughout our stay.

The properly is close by walk to to the lotte department store as well as Vincom Center Metropolis with a lotte mart located in the same location as the hotel. The Sky Lounge is located in the same building with easy access from the hotel itself Getting a tax to the old quarter is around 20min by car so overall a good location

The stay was very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location, close to many local markets and well-known brand stores inside the mall. The facilities were clean and elegant, making it a relaxing experience. Nothing major — everything was well maintained and organized.

In my room, at some of the carpet edges, there are spikes that hurt when you accidentally step on them. The outdoor pool area is small and not worthy of of a 5-star hotel, the pool towels are also torn and look pretty old, time to replace them.
