The staff is really helpful and friendly. Anytime I had a problem they helped me immediately. Communication was very easy with them in English. Arranging transfer from and to the airport was really easy. The breakfast could provide a little bit more variety of options

Clean, comfortable stay, staffs friendly & helpful. Room is good size, food is average. Hotel's internal and external looks presentable. Like most is the B2 restaurant. Used to be western restaurant but now is a Japanese restaurant. Good dinning experience.

The manager made my stay very comfortable. The bed is amazing and laundry facilities great. Wee gym is brilliant, clean and if you want to get away from the madness that is Old Quarter, away from the tourist trap - come here for quality. It's in the business district and is a professional hotel. ???

Rooms are clean and hotel is of the main road so it’s quiet. Mr. Chien has a wonderful staff and the free breakfast offers a good choice of eastern and western dishes. none

Overpriced hotel far from the city centre. Only stayed here because it was closely to the university. Staff barely speak english, breakfast is underwhelming, probably much nicer if you speak vietnamese.

The breakfast was absolutely OK. Moreover, the restaurant was able to give me a meal anytime during a day. Manager of the hotel was able to arrange trips exactly how I asked. Excellent work!

Vietnam is open again and I found a real gem here because this hotel is an excellent value for the money. Their friendly staff greeted me with a smile and took care of me like a VIP guest. The reception would give me an umbrella if it was raining and helped me find the best pho and local food in the neighborhood. It has a great location on a side street off the main road so it’s quiet. Complimentary breakfast is delicious. It was open until 10am on the weekends so I got extra rest in the nice cozy room that was painted with cheerful colors. Having a full kitchen with stove, large fridge and extra sink is a plus. I’m definitely going to book a stay here here again and next time visit the basement bar which I heard is really good. I can’t think of anything.
