Room is exactly as shown in the pictures = clean, tidy, and pleasantly fragrant. The staff are friendly, speak good English (and can translate into many languages), make you feel at home, respect your privacy, and are always ready to help with any questions. Right in front of the hotel gate are plenty of eateries and a lively street, day and night = perfect for souvenir photos and with easy bus access to anywhere in the city Japanese room may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone over 1.90m, but it’s the most affordable option in the hotel. If the small stairs in the room aren’t comfortable for you, consider upgrading to a Deluxe or Premium room (for just a little more) the staff will be happy to help.

I loved the location between the Opera House and Old Quarter. The staff helped me a lot during my stay. She was really kind, helpful and beautiful as well. I will choose this place if I come again.

Very good

very small room and very poor sound insulation

Hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was small otherwise it was comfortable, clean, and facility. The hotel is in the heart of quarter streets thus it is convenient and accessible to the famous tourist sites. Especially the staff were welcoming, attentive and helpful . Pretty sure that I will stay there when I visit Ha Noi

Location is great, room is small but nice The shower is not maintain, spreading a small volume of water at 360 degrees. Staff was just doing the job, not much enthusiasm

There's a lift. They don't change bedsheets after guests have left. We book one room via Agoda on an earlier date, and used Booking.com for a later date. We were given the same room, and so we know the housemaid did not change the bedsheet. The drop of essential oil on the bedsheet was still there. Full marks for the receptionists though. Although they were not good in English, they are the most helpsful and sweetest people around. I would still recommend this hotel, if you just need place to sleep for a night.

We booked a room about 2 weeks in advance and on the check-in date, they mess us that they “forgot to close the deals on booking.com so that’s why the room is overbooked and no longer available. They suggested us to switch to another room with a smaller size but same price. I was pissed off but well, I can understand people makes mistakes sometimes so I agreed to switch and also because they announced us at the last minutes so we don’t have time to find a new one anymore. But this wasn’t the worst. The room they gave us was a nightmare ( as they explained it was Japanese style), it so small and humidity, they don’t even offer a mattress but a topper of a mattress which I believe made the bed becomes the hardest bed I have ever experienced. I was so upset and called the staff come to check but she couldn’t do anything but telling me that’s all they have. They finally said to me if I want a room with a good bed, I have to upgrade my room to another one with extra money. I pissed off second time but I had no choice now, I just can’t sleep in that bed. So I paid 784,000vnd for a room that no mattress and had to pay extra 70,000 when I want to sleep with a real mattress and non of that was my fault. It’s ridiculous expensive and ruded. I would never wasted my money that stupid again as they really ruined my time there. They charged us extra money for a mistake that wasn’t caused by us.
