This is really a great surprise! At first from the street you do not see it, you see the normal Hanoi chaos. All and everyone in the hotel is spectacular, in the front desk Sam made our stay fabulous. From now on this is my favorite hotel in Hanoi, see you soon.

Very comfortable beds and a spacious room. Set off the street so it was quiet and easy to sleep. Nice pool, spa etc and a good gym. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a woeful lack of sun lounges at the pool for the size of the hotel.

The hotel location was perfect for exploring Hanoi ‘s old quarter. The hotel location although is centrally located, it is very quiet from the busy streets. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was one of the best! Bed and the bed sheets are very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel without any reservations. Not a true 5 stars hotel like the Hyatt or Four Seasons but very high end hotel.

My partner and I stayed at this boutique hotel for two nights and if we had extra days in Hanoi we definitely would have extended. The staff here are super attentive and were kind enough to help us check in and assist with our luggage very early in the morning as we were returning back from a tiring trip from Ha Giang. The interior of this place was absolutely stunning, extremely clean and super modern. Definitely make use of their amenities including their pool, jacuzzi, rooftop bar and my favourite…the breakfast buffet. Best part about this is that it closes at 10am and there’s a good range of western and asian cuisine to choose from. They even have a chef to create hot food for you on the spot. Overall, great hospitality and I appreciate the staff greatly for making our experience a wonderful one. Will be recommending this place to all my family and friends. Nothing to add here. Everything was amazing!

The Food: Absolutely delicious! Both the breakfasts and the dinners were incredibly tasty with fantastic variety. The Staff: The entire team is so friendly and always genuinely ready to help. A special thanks to Jess, our amazing receptionist, who took such wonderful care of us throughout our entire stay! Design & Atmosphere: The interior design of the hotel is spectacular. We loved the stunning views over Hanoi city, and the pool area is gorgeous—especially during sunset. Location: You couldn't ask for a better spot. It’s a perfect 10-minute walk to the Old Quarter, right near all the souvenir shops, handmade boutiques, and everything a tourist might need (like silk clothes and luggage shops). We had an unforgettable experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi! We will definitely be back.

We initially had some hesitation about booking this hotel because it was a bit more expensive than other options in the area, and the aesthetic wasn't exactly our personal style. That said, we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation. The service was simply incredible and left us speechless. We were celebrating both our honeymoon and my husband's 40th birthday, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel special from the moment we arrived. They maintained constant communication through WhatsApp, checking in to make sure our room was comfortable and offering assistance with anything we needed. The hotel itself is spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located. The food was delicious, the cocktails were strong (in the best way!), and every aspect of the property was exceptionally well maintained. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. We stayed for five nights and took a cruise to Ha Long Bay during part of our trip. While away, we genuinely missed being at Peridot. Then, on what we thought was our departure day, we traveled to the airport only to discover that our flight was actually scheduled for the following day. We were stressed, exhausted, and honestly pretty distraught. When we contacted the hotel to see if they could accommodate us for an additional night, they didn't just help—they went above and beyond. Their kindness, empathy, and willingness to help turned a very stressful situation into a manageable one. A special thank you to Jess, Sam, Julie, and the entire team. Your professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made all the difference. This hotel knows exactly how to deliver exceptional hospitality, and that is invaluable when traveling. 100/100 would recommend. We can't wait to return.
