The hotel staff does not speak english, not a local of turists in this area, I was with a local so it was more easy but alone, I would have go near to the old quarter if I was alone, much more easy to communicate.

Nice boutique hotel in a good location in Hanoi, away from the main hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter but yet central enough to be near to restaurants and shops, etc. Nice decor, slightly Moroccan in style and comfortable, good sized rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. A restaurant in the hotel would have been ideal for breakfast. Our room did not have a balcony which would have been great!

Clean hotel, staff was very friendly, laundry service was great! Overall a very comfortable stay A bit far from the center, and from any other major Hanoi attractions. Taking taxis was a must.

The receptionists are friendly and pretty, can speak English fluently (Ms. Trang Luong). The room is very nice, especially the bathroom is quite comfortable. Conveniently located.

Unfortunately no breakfast available, and the pick-up from airport was not arranged.
