If you speak Vietnamese then it may be fine for you. We showed up on our last night of two weeks in Southeast Asia and it was horrible. We show up and I show my reservation. The one woman working speaks no English. She is asking us to pay which I already prepaid. After even Google Translate isn’t helping, she asks me to download the WeChat app so I can talk to the woman who runs it who speaks English. I message her and another 20 min later she still hadnt replied even after the desk lady spoke with her that we were having issues and were about to message her. We finally gave up and just went somewhere else and I ate the cost. It was such a bad experience. The woman at the desk acted like we were inconveniencing her the whole time. It’s not her fault though. She was put in a situation that she never should have been in. I’m sure it was just as frustrating for her. Very badly run place though. If you speak anything other than Vietnamese I’d suggest going elsewhere. We found another place like a block away that was the same price and much nicer.

Room is good. Not the one in pictures on booking.com, but quite similar (smaller), very clean, tidy, with a balcony, clean bathroom, AC and hot water perfect. Elevator, then a short walk on stairs (very narrow, can be a problem if you have luggage). Overall room 9/10 There's nobody at the reception when I arrived, door is closed, there's announcement about "automatic self-checkin" but ir's just a QR code for Whatsapp/Zalo where they replied "hi dear" in about 2 hours. That's... not an automatic check-in. I called their phone twice until someone appeared and let me in. Next day I wanted to extend 2 nights more, they quoted price higher than on booking.com. I said, can I pay like on booking? They said no, said they are closed on booking.com. I checked and it wasn't true. I don't like such attitude, so I went to another hotel.

Very nice hotel in walking distance from the most interesting historical places in Ha Noi - Temple of the Literature, One Pillar Pagoda. Also in walking distance are Square, Ho Chi Minh museum, Botanical gardens. Perfect place to stay in Ha Noi. When I came back, will stay again in this hotel. Nothing

They are responsible and show effort to satisfy customers but the staff does not speak english well Everything is good but the first staff who handled my check-in seems like new staff and could not speak english at all so my check in took so long time

The staff were fantastic always helpful and friendly. It's a city center hotel and ok for that. A bit of a walk to the old ¼.

Offer a lot of services although quite pricey. Lots and lots of hidden charges. Laundry service was pushed on me despite asking if there was a launderette, then it wasn't done anyway. 10 percent extra charge on all food. I booked a room with a free upgrade and a balcony. That was fully booked and I was told I didn't need a family room. So I got a normal room despite booking it especially for the big balcony room. The staff forgot what room I was in and gave me the wrong key when I returned. I was then overcharged upon leaving. Oh and there was water literally dripping into the room from above. The staff were friendly but I left and went to another hotel as I lost trust.
