thd hotel room is extremely clean and convey, the staff are beyond kindness and polite. i got an upgraded room and that was nice. it's my second time to stay in this hotel but won't be the last for sure. everything was perfect

The hotel location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The AC could have been a bit more powerful, however, it did not result in any significant discomfort.

Good location and hotel staff were great! 1 - we discovered on our 2nd night, one of our 2 rooms did not lock at all! Even with the bolt. Anyone could've walked in. The good thing was it was an easy fix. 2 - we stayed with them again, had 3 rooms. Same issue, 1 out of 3 rooms, door didn't lock. 3- The hotel booked a driver to take us to the airport for an international flight. The driver had to stop and refuel 5 minutes into the drive! That's unacceptable. Driver even arrived early to pick us up.

1. Extremely disappointed with the room. I chose this hotel mainly for the balcony, but instead, I got a narrow space completely enclosed in glass. It is so small you can't even fit a chair inside. This is not a real balcony; it is highly misleading. If you are looking for an actual outdoor balcony to sit and relax, avoid this place. 2. The breakfast was poor, with only one type of yellow cheese, and there was no coffee machine!! 3. Breakfast is served on the rooftop, which is not accessible by elevator! This should be noted in the hotel description because it is a major issue for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs. 4. The overall feeling was that the hotel is outdated—there were holes in the shower bath mat towel, and no hand towels were provided (only face and bath towels). The bottom line: disappointing, doesn't match the description, and definitely not worth the price!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was exceptionally clean and very well maintained throughout. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, attractions, and everything we needed during our visit. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, always willing to assist and ensure we had a pleasant experience. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and outstanding service made it a great place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to other travelers.

Everything! They were so nice, the bed was so comfortable. Location perfect.

The hotel is close by to a lot of the sight seeing and shops. Also it’s on a quiet street so even though our room faces the street, we weren’t bothered. Also the staff are extremely friendly and are always willing to help. The breakfast options are limited

We had the best time at the hotel it really deserves 5 stars.. they did airport pickup arrangements for us upon our request & upon arrival they offered us Lemon Juice, watermelons & cold towels..the full team are amazing from reception to sales to everyone in the breakfast buffet and the spa we had a wonderful time and special thanks to Kathrine who gave us many tips and guidance which we really appreciate they made our stay perfect and they offered us many Halal options for food as well in the breakfast buffet ..
