The location was great BUT transportation can’t come to the front door reception because the street is too small . We had babies , and lots of bags we had to drag through the street and it was very difficult. It does NOT have a pool like they said in the description. They give you pool access BUT in a different hotel which is some walk away and inconvenient especially with kids . We dislike the fact they said the hotel had a pool when it didn’t , the picture of the pool in the listing are from the other hotel . The room looked nothing like the pictures shown. It didn’t have a restaurant nor did it have a spa ( all were close by but NOT part of the hotel ) We didn’t feel safe and comfortable with the staff . We were told the hotel had a pool but it was being repaired on the 9th floor , we accidentally pressed the wrong button and went to that floor and there is no pool at all , so we were lied to . Bathroom wasn’t clean , security issues …

the hotel is nothing like shown on the pictures. i would avoid staying in this hotel. even though the owner was very friendly, the actual hotel is old and not looked after. I only stayed for a night, when i woke up my legs was filled up with mosquito / bugs bites.

Location is excellent and there are many restaurants and shops near by in the heart of the old quarter and a few minutes away from the lake Communication should have been better as i booked this hotel specifically because it was advertised having a roof top pool , however when we checked in we were informed that is was under maintenance and we could have used another hotels pool like 5 minutes away, why was this not communicated when we made the reservation? Also mind you that the bell tower of the cathedral next door is waking you up at 5 am every morning

The location is great. We arrived DIY and Tom helped us facilitate our trips. There were great.

Absolutely everything was perfect. It was tucked in a small ally so at first was skeptical. But the room was very clean and comfortable. A/C was great. Tom, the manager was supper helpful with some ideas for activities and calling a Grab taxi. The staff was always there to help. The breakfast buffet was very good. And the price. I know Vietnam is inexpensive but getting a room of this quality for the price was unbelievable. We were within blocks of the wonderful lake and activities so walking was easy. Getting a Grab was fast to get to further events. That we could not stay longer.

Good area, Close to shops and bars A bit dated/ Booked the honeymoon suit with a view of the Cathedral. Didn't get that but did get an upgraded room. Only critisism of the check in is it goes on a bit too much with the welcoming,. When people have been trvelling they just want to get to their room asap.

Extremely clean facilities and super nice staff. Tom went above and beyond to take care of us, so much so that when it was raining he carried us to get to our building Honestly no comments. Great location great hospitality

The staff are very kind and helpful. They also offer massage on the rooms which helped more to ease our fatigued bodies! Tom has been a great help too and gave us coffee freebies as a Vietnam souvenir!

Property is centrally located, walking distance to the Old Quarter and shoppes. Breakfast is great! With a lot of options. Welcome fruit and juice: Property is located behind the main street and will have to walk into an alley to get to the hotel. But over all staff is very helpful.

Great location, near shops. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Jacky was very helpful Church bells go off at 5am but otherwise good.
