Liked the setup. Of the room, though the walls were all stained... Horrible breakfast spread I have ever seen, I was told that at 6:30 the breakfast starts and we were on dot at 6:30am and nothing was prepared or ready in a hurry they made some fried rice and sandwiches which was below average.

When I found that I left my watch in the hotel ,I landed in Ho Chi Minh City already ,so appreciated that the staff delivery it to me by courier .will stay this hotel again next time when I come to Hanoi.

Great apartment with induction hob, full size fridge, water cooler and lovely deep bath. Catch the 34 bus to the old quarter and Lotte supermarket 5 minute walk. Museum of Ethnology was a 15 minute walk, highly recommend going there. Bit noisy when other people booked on, karaoke was loud too.No breakfast available due to Tet and nothing was open. Staff were super helpful when we needed help with transport.

about this property, I like each and every single thing which they provide. Even though you will get more facilities and services which they were listed under their property. I stayed for 5 days at this property and my stay was incredible and the part is the kitchen is fantastic and you will get unlimited drinking water. the property is so spacious that you can fit 4 people in one room. the only drawback is, this property is away from the main city to around 5 kilometres and for easy travel need to book taxi ranging around 50.000 to 100.000
