The Pearl Hotel

Bad location Construction The noise, everyday from 7:00 am to midnight was from Jack Hammers, Mechanical digging equipment, dump trucks and more!!! Tearing off a roof and replacing, they used a window on my floor (5) to work out of with equipment in the hallway right next to the elevator… I lost a lot of sleep and was very upset and angry!!! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Clean, comfortable room as described Location a little far out from main tourist area if a short term stay but taxis easily available

Super helpful staff, comfortable bed, great shower and near US Embassy and immigration services.

Location is near USA embassy, which was my main reason for visiting Hanoi. My room constantly smelled like cigarettes. Probably coming from other rooms.. All my clothes that I hung up reeked of cigarettes. Luckily I was only there for one night. I think it's a bit pricey for a 3 star hotel. It's was fine. Nothing special

Breakfast and facilities Towels are old

Hotel is pretty well. Personal are emphatic and friendly. Room service is ok: water, daily cleaning. To have a great breakfast you should find a informative table on the table with food, which is describe available options and ask the staff. Soup on every breakfast ? To make a European coffee you should also ask the staff. Location and district are very convenient. Disappointed, that the room has no window, but when I check the booking - there are also no windows: my mistake. But there is a little bit dusty. Soundproofing is weak, unfortunately, especially at the bathroom, but at my staying there are not so much people. No safe in the room.

Very surprised by how nice this place was as it was a last minute booking. Super comfy bed and really nice bathroom! Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch even though there weren't too many options, also the staff was super helpful with keeping my luggage after checkout N/a

The room was so quiet and calming. The bed was soft and comfortable. Climbing into the shower was dangerous and there were no thin pillows on offer.

location is good. Room size is medium but its ok. well designed and furnished. Rooms are clean. Staff behavior is good. I stayed here second time and would like stay here again. I found the language problem especially in the breakfast. I am vegetarian and i had to struggle a lot to confirm the veg dish in the breakfast buffet.

Room's aircon wasn't really cooling on the first night but they provided us with a fan

The price is reasonable. It's not far from the old town Hanoi, but sometimes the traffic in Hanoi makes the trip long. Not much variety for breakfast, but everything was decent.
