Location is not really in center but service is good, breakfast is really delicious.

the rooms are clean enough. 1. deceit. Booking indicates the availability of fitness. but in fact it didn't. I chose the hotel because of the availability of fitness. for me it was important. 2. I bought a number for 70 euros, but it turned out that they sell the same numbers for 30 euros. It's just embarrassing to overpay. 3. written continental breakfast. but actually there is a very cheap vietnamese breakfast. 4. at 4 o'clock in the morning there was a strong knock, they were chopping meat in the kitchen, the door was open to the corridor. The noise from the kitchen did not stop. The hotel staff did not want to do anything to remove this noise.

There were only few choices for Asians and Westerns and most of were locals. I could not sleep few nights due to noise came from construction site nearby. They were working throughout nights. Communication were difficult due to language issues.
