Close to bus stop 1. Refrigerator broken 2. Slippers errors and small size 3. Contrary to the booking advertisement, there is no lotion or other products available for customer use inside.

The staff was okay. The room was smelly. The bed sheets were not clean, the fabrics were smelly and the AC was not proper.

The good thing about the place is the location close to the bus station. If you're catching an early morning bus it's your best option. The bed was actually quite good, and overall the sheets and towels were clean. I expected it to be noisy, but it was OK (and the AC worked!). And they even had WiFi! It's exactly what you would expect from the bus station hotel. The rooms are quite dirty looking, not because they are not cleaned but because they are old. The shower is right in the middle of the bathroom without any separation, so your whole bathroom is wet after the shower. Obviously, no breakfast. The staff is here for the whole night, which is good, but not terribly welcoming.

We needed a room to take a shower and rest for a couple of hours between 2 long bus journeys. I booked this hotel as it is 3 minutes walk from the bus station and the pictures looked good. Unfortunately the hotel looks NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. This place is really dirty. In the bathroom there were flies around the shower and in the toilet paper dispenser. It smelled bad and the bedsheets did not look clean either. I felt so uncomfortable there that I begged my husband to leave although he is exhausted. Everything is dirty and old.

Nothing We booked a room but they gave it to someone else. We clearly notified that we would arrive at 3am and chosed this hôtel because there was 24h/7 open desk. We received confirmation with this time schedule but we were refused acces to any room and had to find another place to sleep at 3am. If you arrive by night bus, find another place to sleep.

Uncomfortable bed, and pretty loud. They gave us a towel that had a huge rip in it.

We needed a hotel next to the bus stop for the Cao Bang trip and this was a good option for overnight stay. It's worth to mention also that in reality there are tons of other hotels in this area which you also can just go, book and stay (maybe even cheaper), but I don't know about then quality there. An Phu is a good value for money.

צוות נחמד the whole room is broken. in addition to all the room was so dirty that we could barely sleep there. the bathroom was dirty as well.

The staff were extremely helpful. They took me to where i was supposed to board the bus. Different from where i was supposed to go on paper. Thankfully she directed me to the right location. The toilet could be much cleaner and pleasant.

Really hard to find something good here... - Check in is at 2pm, at 5pm when we arrived the room is not ready. The receptionist asked us to come back one hour later, what we did but the room was still not ready at 6pm finally we got the room at 7pm after a 5min cleaning... We assume they subrented because in this hotel room can be rented for 2h... I don't want to know why people rent the room for 2h even if I have a small idea... - we asked the receptionist to have our laundry done for the evening because the day after we leave at 6.30am, he anwsered that it is not an issue. When the day receptionist leave and has been replaced by the night one we thought that it might be good to check if he is aware of the laundry. He was aware and told us that our clothes will be ready for the day after 8am...what a nice communication between day and night team.. Hopefully he managed to get back our clothes at 11pm the same day. -bed is not confortable at all. - Room has been cleaned in 5 minutes, we saw it since we were waiting the room.. Of course it is not really clean, see the toilet picture - hôtel is really noisy, people dry hair in front of our door at 11pm it's normal.. - location is good if you need a bus otherwise it is really bad, impossible to sleep.
