Staff was amazing! They were so helpful with everything, giving you advices, showing all touristic attractions by the map and guiding you, recommending restaurants. All I can say is; staff is the best part of here. Location is just in the center, walking distance to everywhere Breakfast was a little weak, there should be cheese options

I had booked 3 rooms in total. The room Bath room was not cleaned when I checked in , not flushed and had strands of hair in the toilet. The bedsheets had marks and seem to be re-used.The AC is of low tonnage in 2 rooms and was not sufficient enough to cool the room. The 3rd room was small and oddly shaped with a balcony hardly a person can stand in. There are issues with the lift too , it opens automatically without pressing a button. Overall, the property looks really rundown and ill maintained. There were no toiletries in the room. Also, to add on while I gave my clothes for laundry , I missed taking out my credit card and some considerable cash.While I got my card back , the cash was never recovered.( I dont blame the hotel staff but I would request them to have 3rd party vendors of integrity)

Excellent, energetic, supportive, always smiling staff. This is the USP of this hotel. Even if the guest faces any minor issue, they will fix it. Excellent Location. We would definitely come back and stay in this hotel.

A little wear and tear in the building; the bathroom felt a little run down. Still clean, just bare bones! Also, not a real issue with the hotel itself, but don't feel the need to book their airport shuttle! It was difficult to coordinate timing given long custom lines at Noi Bai, and you can easily book a similarly priced ride on your own with the Grab App.

The staff were absolutely amazing! Anne was very helpful - first through email and then during my stay. The location was perfect for exploring the city. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also delicious!

Some facilities are a bit dated, my AC worked but had some issues. Bedside lighting could be better equipped.

It’s a really central hotel, and comfortable to come and sleep after a long day of walking in Hanoi. It’s a bit noisy if you get the side facing the street, and the sheets weren’t super clean but I mentioned to the staff and they took it very seriously about improving this.

The room was a lot smaller than in the photos. The bathroom wasn't nice. The wifi doesn't work at all. And the breakfast wasn't really good.

Breakfast was very nice. Located in the heart of the old quarter. All the hotels we stayed in Hanoi were overrated in Booking compared to how I would rate them and were disappointing. The hotel is OK but the room was small and the was not as nice as in the pictures

The hotel has an excellent location right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bathroom had some water leakage, and the shower curtain wasn’t fully effective at containing it. Our room faced a busy street, so there was noticeable noise at night from traffic and scooters, as well as occasional elevator sounds. With some minor improvements in these areas, the stay could be even more comfortable.
