Everything 1) noise from outside there is. But not very strong and you can sleep. 2) noise from neighbors rooms/staff also there is and it is loudly. It disturbed sleeping 3) staff at the reception don't or bad speak English, but know how to use Google translate so it is not big deal 4) the bed sheets were not enough clean

Good morning, I would like to let you know that we had a very pleasant stay at your hotel. It is a nice place, relatively quiet (away from traffic) and your staff was pleasant to deal with. Always a friendly word, helpful and polite. We found that, in the stressful period with my daughter Mirjam in the hospital, very pleasant and relaxing. Mirjam is continuing her rehabilitation in the Netherlands and we hope that she will make a full recovery. Warm greetings from the Netherlands. Marjolein and Anton Er waren geen tegenvallers

Near the central of Hanoi. Near many local food store. Easy to access by taxi There's a lot of mosquito at the lobby since it is not avoidable at the tropical country. You should be careful when siting there.

My stay at the hotel was convenient. Staff were very friendly. They don't speak English, but it wasn't a problem at all. they manage to communicate using the translation devise. This is my second visit to the place and I would definitely visit again if im back to work at the university as its very close to the university. Its default to use the table for work, but you can go downstairs for the dining room where there are tables.

Very spacious room with a big balcony overlooking the neighborhood. Staff didn’t speak English but didn’t have any issues communicating through translating apps. Clean, spacious and nice bike parking. Property is a little hard to find, a little far away from busier areas.

The location is out of the Old Quarter, which you may or may not like. Personally, I found the old quarter to be hectic, loud, and above all overpriced. Hanvet hotel is a $2 cab ride into old quarter, near a great park for strolls, and the nearby food is local delicious, and reasonably priced. Your hotel is serviced daily or every other day, depending on your wishes. The staff is minimal, but attentive. To preface, this is more a hotel for families visiting patients of the hospital nearby, or their children who may be students of the university nearby. That being said, they were very accomodating to us as tourists and made every effort to make us comfortable. While there is a language barrier, google translate easily circumvents any problems. Above all, it was quiet at night and allowed us to get great rest, away from the nonstop hustle and bustle of old quarter. If you don't mind a 10 minute cab ride, or enjoy walking around local neighbourhoods, this hotel is amazing for the price. Also, this hotel is quite new, and so the internet is incredibly fast! Nothing, other than the fact that a taxi back from old quarter might be expensive, and by that I mean $4-5, if you decide to stay out partying late into the night.
