Good location, very friendly staff. Price/quality is perfect. I needed only bed for sleeping so I booked this hostel. Like

The volunteer was very kind and the location was good. The price is undeniably cheap, as well. I would recommend nothing about this. A $4 USD hostel is not worth the bed bugs (as of late April)

Lovely people, basic, nice Could be cleaner

The beds were wide, had clean sheets with storage underneath the beds and came with curtains, fan (your own little air condition) and lamps, all to give you the privacy and comfort you need! In addition the staff were very friendly and felt like they included us in their family. I would return just to say hello to them ? I was not a big fan of the shower, it's small and a bit claustrophobic. But once you get used to it it's fine. The owner would close the gates at around 22:00/10PM, which would lead to me having to wake them up to open it. I don't like disturbing them and would prefer if the guests maybe got their own keys. Last, the neighbourhood had construction going on from 7:30 in the morning that was really loud and woke us all up

The hosts are very kind, the price is affordable, and the location is convenient. There are plenty of local food spots nearby, and the Old Quarter is not far. If you want to save money while experiencing a more local environment, it's not that bad option. However, read this review till the end. When I arrived, the place didn’t seem very clean, but I decided to give it a chance anyway. The bed sheets had been changed, but the blanket clearly hadn’t been washed in a long time, so I used my own. This is not a place suited for Westerners. Most of the guests are Vietnamese or Chinese workers, so if you're not familiar with their lifestyle and habits, you might find it difficult to adjust. In general, the place was quite loud. The neighbor sang karaoke daily until around 9-10 PM, and sometimes loud music would start as early as 8 AM. The "landlord" (though she’s a sweet lady) constantly played something at maximum volume, and she would open the balcony door at all hours. The biggest issue came toward the end of my stay. My whole body became extremely itchy, but I wasn’t sure why. A day before check-out, I spotted a small red bug on my bed. I immediately inspected everything—my clothes, backpacks, and cosmetics—and started panicking because there was a high chance of bed bugs. To be safe, I left the same day, bought bed bug treatment products, and thoroughly washed and disinfected all my belongings before moving to new accommodation. Overall, if you don't mind a less-than-clean space and want to save money while experiencing a more local environment, it's not the worst option. :) However, due to the suspected bed bug issue, I personally wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Nothing to Like They don’t even know how to cancel the request. How to handle the Booking App. Everything is very dirty here and you can’t find the location on the first go.

Very cheap and close to the railway station. Dirty, looks nothing like the pictures. Is ok to use as somewhere to leave your bags and wash before catching a train out of Hanoi. Would not want to stay more than a few hours.

Everything was nice, the only thing which is not really comfortable that the owner's family use to lock the gates after 23:00 and it needs to arrange what time you are going to come back at night.
