This hotel is located in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, so I found it very convenient. I arrived on a weekend and was surprised to find a night market right near the hotel. Although cars are prohibited in the evenings on weekends, that wasn't a big problem for me because when I booked a Grab, I only had to walk a few dozen meters to reach the driver's pick-up point. Furthermore, the staff were absolutely wonderful. They were always welcoming and incredibly friendly.

We did not miss a single thing and felt incredibly comfortable throughout our entire stay. It was just indescribably beautiful. What truly made our experience special was the outstanding team. A huge thank you to Selin, Jenny, and Liam! They made everything humanly possible for us and went above and beyond. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. We were promised a refund for one night and didn't receive. Can you please review and come back to me. The room was damp, there were bugs in the bed, it was very noisy as well

It has an amazing location. The place is nice, the staff is super polite and provide such a good service It could have been cleaner. I walked barefoot in the room and my feet literally turned gray from the dirt lol.

Location is decent. We were offered an upgrade to the sister hotel which we accepted, however the room was dirty, the shower door was hanging off the wall, we only had one threadbare towel in the room, when we asked for another one, we were told it couldn’t be provided until the following day, the member of staff at reception didn’t know the WiFi code. We asked to pay for the room and transfer by card, and were told there was a 4% charge for doing so, no problem, only the man on reception forgot to add the transfer on so we ended up having to use some of our cash to pay for that and then they didn’t have any change.

Someone went into my room and stole money from me I lost about 60 million Vietnam dong People stole money when I stay there is very bad experience please help me report to police

Location location location. Cleanliness was an issue to almost dirty. Dated and they definitely need to renovate. No windows in the rooms which was not disclosed on booking.com. I would’ve preferred if rooms were clear with what you were getting.

Mold in bathrooms, worn out furniture, holes in bath towels. Incredibly noisy street, even at night. Poor sound proofing in the rooms. Nicer and cleaner hotels 1 block outside old quarter are cheaper

Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was huge and very spacious. Location was right in the centre of old quarter. There was a constant smell of food in the room, not sure if it was close to a kitchen. When the ac was on, it would ease.

We had a family room with balcony and it was perfect, we loved sitting out on the balcony first thing in the morning and at the end of the day. The room was big and comfortable for our family of 4. It was a great location and the staff was super friendly and nice. Sadly the roof top restaurant area was closed, under renovation they said. Would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could adjust morning plans And although there was a book in the room that held all the information for the hotel, none of it was accurate, for example we could not use our safe, the information book said the instruction would be on the safe and they were not. We did call down twice which each time someone was suppose to come up and help but no one ever did. However none of these things would prevent us from staying there again. It was a beautiful property and amazing staff
