From check-in to check-out, the service here was fantastic. The staff were friendly, quick to respond, and made me feel welcome from the start. My room was clean, well-furnished, and very comfortable — everything worked as it should. I also appreciated the small details like how responsive the front desk was when I had a question. For the price, I think it’s excellent value. I’d happily stay here again just for the service and room quality alone.

Even though it's about 7km from Hanoi’s Old Quarter, it didn’t feel like a compromise at all. In fact, the neighborhood has its own charm — plenty of nice restaurants, cafes, and little bars within walking distance. It’s a great spot to unwind without the constant buzz of downtown traffic. If you’re looking for a more relaxed atmosphere while still being close to the city, this place is a solid choice

I came to this hotel on a business trip and was honestly surprised by how comfortable everything was. The room was simple but very clean, and the overall vibe was calm and relaxing. The staff were incredibly helpful — even small requests were taken care of right away. For the price, it’s honestly a steal.

The room we booked was already taken so they upgraded us to a higher quality room. It was great, clean and very comfortable.

The staffs were rude and unprofessional. They charged us more than what was quoted by booking.com. They don't even have cloak room facility and made us pay a rooms rent for that. The rooms were dirty too. The breakfast options were nill and provided one food of their choice per room.

Hotel is situated in the center of Hanoi close to main sights. Many cafes and small family restaurants nearby. The staff might not be good with English, but they do their best to understand you. Breakfast was close to none, don't really suggest taking it, my room was quite small and the bed was tough as iron, not soft at all, might be hard to sleep on it for some people. I was asked to leave my passport during the whole stay, which is strange.

Good hotel if you need to stay in that area. Staff is friendly and it's a good value for the price you pay. Note: This is not a suitable hotel if you are a typical tourist who wants to explore the city (it's a bit far from the city center). But if you need to stay in the area anyways for business or family reasons, it's a good place to stay! The beds could be a bit more comfortable, however this is nothing that would stop me from going there again.
