The hotel is located right in the heart of the Old Quarter within walking distance to the lake, bars and restaurants, and other attractions. The rooms are a good size with plenty of space to store luggage and move about. The staff are also super friendly and helpful. The staff who make up the rooms are quite loud in the mornings. We were woken up by them every morning during the stay.

Great location! Facilities and staff were great! Sarah, Hazel, Dieu Anh and Tony were superb and very helpful.

There are many massage places and nearby parks and restaurants. In particular, the staff is very kind and friendly. It's not large, so it's hard to find it at first.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had an injury whilst travelling and they were very helpful at getting me to the hospital and bringing things to room as I was immobile for a few days. They always had a smile and were more than happy to go over and beyond. Truly exceptional ? made use of the spa as well to help with the injury and the staff in at the spa were also exceptionally friendly and helpful with injury I was not aware hotel was right at the top of beer street, though this was my fault as I did not map location. however the hotel did have ear phones, though personally I didn't not need them.

Spacious adjoining rooms for our family of 4 right in the heart of the Old Town. Location was great and the staff were very friendly. Really enjoyed drinks at the rooftop Sky Bar! Rooms were clean, airconditioning worked well. Furnishings and finishings were a little tired, dusty narrow corridors on the floor

Super friendly and helpfull staff, very comfortable beds and clean room. Right in center of old town, and we also enjoyed the rooftop bar very much. The room was a bit small and the curtains did not open.

2nd time stay at Mina, was just as good as the first - amazing location - close to everything - Tony and Emily were great! Nothing

Exceptional

We stayed at Mina Hotel and Spa 2 times in 2 different rooms. The rooms were comfortable. The location of the hotel is very central, right in the middle of the old quarter, so generally very loud area. The rooms were very quiet though. All the staff were very nice, friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was very simple, the breakfast room was quite small. The were not many shared spaces like a spacious lobby etc.

The room was fantastic! Very clean and the staff were so helpful both times that I stayed - highly recommend!! Emily and Tony were especially helpful! Nothing!

Extremely friendly staff, especially Emma, and also Sarah and Joyce. Manager Tony very helpful. Totally enjoyed our time in Vietnam.
