The staff are very nice and helpful. The room feels like it wasn’t finished. The surrounding streets were also flooded when we arrived, so we had to walk there on foot in the flooded streets to get to the hotel.

Nice breakfast, nice staff, big room for the 4 of us, 1 kingbed, 2 single beds. All good.

The hotel we relatively clean and staff were attentive The first day we came, it was buffet breakfast. Then we went and stayed again, and the breakfast was A La Carte. Whilst the menu was ok, it didn't change over the the two days we stayed and we were told there were not enough guests for a buffet. Not entirely sure how this is our problem, but I understand the situation due to Covid. Check out time was 12pm, even though our Agoda booking said 2pm and the staff wouldn't allow a late check out without us paying first. I think it would have been a nice gesture if we could have just stayed an extra three hours in our room. Just remember this hotel is in the middle of a dual carriageway, so not much around.
