It was hard to communicate with the staffs and they were laughing at us for I don’t know what reason. They never used google translate to try and understand us. The room smells like cigarette and there were bugs. Airport transfer is not true as well. I booked it because of that reason, but when we were there, they told us they will only help us get taxi. They only accept cash as payment.

The hotel is beautiful and has a cool balcony. There are many delicious restaurants around. The location is very convenient for traveling to amusement parks in Long Bien. I will come back here next time
