From the moment we arrived until we left just two days later, we were incredibly impressed by every member of the staff, from the front desk to the dining team. 1. Hospitality: 5/5 Every single staff member greeted us with a smile, offered assistance, and even served drinks or fresh fruit while we waited in the lobby. They treated us like family, and their kindness felt completely genuine. They went above and beyond—far beyond what we expected—to make our stay unforgettable. For example: We checked out before leaving for a multi-day excursion and asked if they could store all of our luggage until we returned. They happily agreed. Since we were staying at another hotel afterward, they even offered to transfer our luggage there for us. That level of thoughtfulness completely blew me away. They helped us arrange taxis and always made sure we got into the correct Uber or Grab vehicle. I loved the coffee served at breakfast and asked if they could help me buy some. They gladly arranged it for me. They allowed some of us to have dinner in the breakfast dining room and even helped reheat our food, despite having to clean everything afterward. I honestly don't think I've ever experienced that level of hospitality at any hotel anywhere in the world. We had to leave very early for a tour and asked if they could prepare some light food to take with us. They had no problem doing so, and Trang thoughtfully packed our breakfast and coffee. It was yet another memorable act of kindness.

Great hotel for families ? They even provide us a complimentary airport transfer to Hanoi after stay.. we’ll be back for sure None…

The hotel is in a wonderful location but not too noisy. The hotel is cleaned and the breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff is helpful and food services is exceptional. Offer is morning coffee and drinks immediately. Clean our table and removed empty plates quickly. Ask us if we needed anything during our stay. The bathroom curtain needs to be longer to cover the bathtub better.

Great location in the middle of the Old Quarter, but in a quieter corner of it. Clean rooms with comfortable beds with fresh linens, and warm water in the shower. Good selection of food for breakfast (and proper coffee!). Absolutely lovely staff! Everybody was attentive and sincerely helpful. Highly recommend the place! Not a single thing!

We have stayed here twice now and would come back again. We also booked an excursion to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh through the hotel and it was excellent. The rooms, the service and the location are all fabulous. They also upgraded one of our rooms which was very nice of them. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Great location! Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Everything was clean and the AC in the rooms was great. The breakfast was lovely with lots of options for vegan/vegetarian food. The Superior Double Room (No window) was a little tight, not much room to walk around the bed. The bathroom was big with ample space for 2 people, however, the toilet didn’t have a strong flush.

This hotel is excellent and truly impressive in every aspect. The service was outstanding from all staff members, including the reception team, restaurant staff, and housekeeping. Everyone was polite, attentive, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is also very convenient, making it suitable for both leisure trips and business travel. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Staff services and kindness were excellent. It would be great if the flush and faucet mechanisms could be checked and repaired.
