The hotel was amazing. Best ive ever stayed in.

The trip was very good. The only problem we had was with housekeeping. When they came in to make the bed and clean the room, the bed was very poorly done on the first morning. It looked like a kid did it, and the shower had either a dead bug or something that looked like it in the corner. It was there when we got there and still there when we left. Spent 3 nights. For the most part the hotel was very good.

The coffee in the morning! Excellent made, clean the room even I am not asked! Great job I would liked go to swimming in the pool! I see it the water is not 100% clean and clear, also I didn’t like the way the laundry room, and the machine function. I little confused for me.

Not ideal for me. I was told I could check in early after having a long overnight drive to get there. Only to find out when I got there nothing was available. I was told it would be soon and I’d be notified. I never was notified. I eventually went back in around 2 and finally got a room. They weren’t very accommodating

I had reservations was told upon arrival my reservation was canceled with no notification and it was no front desk clerk for over 10 minutes

The breakfast very good.

The air conditioning in our room did not work. The room smelled stale. The staff could not fix our air conditioning and refused to move us to another room.
