Kimpton Overland Hotel - Atlanta Airport by IHG

They gave me a smaller room and would not let me update. The person at the front desk said she knows nothing about the room size.

Rooftop view was amazing We would definitely stay here again

Toilet broke after first use, ice maker wasn’t working. AC was blowing some sort of dust into the room.

Located next to Porsche Breakfast that needs to be ordered and it takes a life to get attention seems designed to avoid people take it . 30$ parking in an area where you don’t have alternatives is as well highly disappointing. Bathroom layout was not practical for our family.

I have stayed here many times. It is super convenient and close to the airport. Also if you are doing anything at the Porsche experience center, you can just walk right next-door. Super clean hotel.

Clean, nice location, fun to watch the planes, rooms were quiet Room was set up horribly - you have to exit the shower directly into the open area in front of the sink. There is 0 privacy - no door in this area. The staff was not friendly or helpful and acted annoyed when I asked a question

It's an amazing location and staff, but there are no apparent sundries leaving folks to delivery, leaving the hotel, or what looks like a very expensive restaurant. Otherwise, it's outstanding and we'll be back!

It was good not great property but staff very good. Not like other Kimpton properties, but not bad.

Check in was quick, staff was friendly. My room was clean, modern and nice. My breakfast in the morning at the restaurant was good. I recommend this hotel and hope the reasons for the previous months negative reviews around staff and hotel rooms not being clean and not damaged have been rectified. A hotel is a service industry element. Travelers have a hard enough time in present day as it is and they do not need to come to a hotel that is advertised as "high end" and be treated badly by staff that are not enthusiastic about being "of service" in a service industry. Maybe I was lucky, but if they maintain the experience I had I will continue to recommend them.

Did an overnight stay due to a la,over flight. The pool was not working they needed maintenance. My shower door wouldn't open, and my room was missing an iron which was the only thing they were able to fix but took almost 30 minutes for them to send one up. Called twice about the need for one.

I Stayed there the weekend of July 17th -20th 2026 , When I arrived there was a little wait to get in the room ( which was ok ) after I checked in , I came down to the lobby area there were So many people , Also there were children running around , Women walking around with bonnets on their heads , just so many people in that area and very Noisy ! Some women were filming a video ( Which they kept filming as if other patrons were not there ) , The lobby bathroom was out of order the whole weekend . Each time I went back to my hotel room the smell of Marijuana was in the air . There were stains in the carpet in Room 408 the mirror had finger prints on and there was a used condom rapper by the bed base up near the headboard area the room didn’t smell fresh at all ! Also the roof top deck had Empty party glasses from the night before old napkins and discarded trash I went up the next morning to get a good view since it had rained that weekend and that is what I was met with . What a disappointment ! I visited that hotel Property when it was first built in 2018 the service was Wonderful and very Professional , 8 years later it was a total disappointment to spend that much money on a suite and get that kind of Atmosphere ! Totally not worth the money Spent ! ! ! Although the Staff was Kind , Its I Suggest going somewhere else 😐….
