Would definitely stay here again
-
We only stayed 1 night but everything was fantastic.
-
I didn't notice that this was a pet friendly hotel there was a dog show in town and you could smell the dogs every where we went although the room was clean

Building is old. AC wasn’t working in the main areas only in the rooms. Breakfast was not great.
-
This was an horrible stay and experience. There were bed bugs in our room and when we placed a complaint the manager called the police on me! This is a horrible establishment. No one should ever stay here!
-
We had a great stay! The only complaints would be the breakfast area was not the greatest however we just took our breakfast to the room each morning! There was a variety of options! Also, the pool was pretty dirty (just dirt and leaves) so we didn’t care to swim! The staff was great and the room was amazing!! We loved the full kitchen!! ❤️

The setup in the room was amazing for our family. The room was very mildewy smelling. The door was very hard to open and you had to lift and push all your weight into it. The air conditioner would not reach into the room so you had to leave the doors open to keep the rooms cool. The paint on the wall in the bathroom was peeling. The staff was very friendly. This could be a very nice hotel if some maintenance was done.

The stay was great!!! Planning my next trip and will be staying here again

We had a suite with a kitchen. Our fridge was not starting cold (I needed for my medications). Went to front desk in morning to ask that it be checked. Left fire the day, came back and fridge still not working. Front desk never write down that it needed repair. Carpet in room was wet(soaking in some spots). Front desk was told and they said it was probably the AC( never came to check). Breakfast room had a bucket in center of it catching leaking ceiling water. Not a pleasant experience.

Needs a new coat of paint, drains to be unclogged, and a bit more attention to detail with cleaning. Also, the halls and breakfast room were sweltering. On a positive note, the breakfasts were always stocked and both the breakfast staff as well as front desk area were all very kind and helpful.

The staff were very nice and encouraging to everyone. Lots of athletes were competing that weekend and we got well wishes from everybody.

Upon arrival our TV didn’t work. We tried to call the front the phone didn’t work. They came and changed out the cable box but not the phone. Took a shower and noticed the bathroom was dirty. So we cleaned it. The tub clogged when showering . Called again . Maintenance tried to fix it and couldn’t after an hour trying to use draino . We called to see if they could switch rooms and they said they would call us back. They don’t switch the rooms . Really disappointing. The staff were rude except a girl when we arrived. Maintenance guys were nice as well. Fighting with them for some type of refund

I loved this place! It was nice and quiet. A great safe area. Everything was nice from the staff to the room and location! The premises was well maintained and a good breakfast is included. It took no time to get to the freeway! I also loved all the amenities in the room! Great price for a great Hotel! I’ll look forward to staying here again when I return to New Orleans!

I have visited this location before and stayed in the same exact room this time that I did the first time. This time when we arrived the hotel halls were hot and humid to the point that if you stayed in the hall you might faint. The last time the main elevator was broken this time it was working but the elevator near our suite was broken. You had to choose to take the stairs to the third floor with all of your stuff or walk the hall from the main elevator in the heat all the way to the other side of the hotel, We used the stairs. Then we got to the room the fridge was hot the microwave was rotating place was missing the rotator, there was dirty tissue on the bathroom floor and only three towels and this was a two bedroom suite with a pull out in the living room. We asked for extra towels and was told we would have to come to get them. The second day we woke up sick seems like the ac vent may have been dirty. Then I walked to the window and was met by several spiders. We asked them to take the trash and dirty towels but No one did and we were told again if we wanted towels we needed to come get them. The next day we asked for cleaning this time we found the house keeper and asked her as well and she came a d took the towels and trash but did nothing else. The last night there was an issue with the toilet we were told we could come get a plunger because there was no maintenance. I was beside myself I have never done so much work at a hotel that I paid to stay at!

The rooms were very spacious, and it felt like being at home; we had everything we needed and more! The area around us was quiet, and breakfast was delicious! Staff was amazing! Parking was easy breezy.
-
The air conditioning was broken or off in most of the building. The pool was dirty. And the "sofa bed" is absolutely unbearable to sleep in.
