nothing major but i suggest more water bottles should be there in a room but if you call them they do provide on request.

Reception is good and welcoming staff. Room is missing basic things like no hot water in bathroom, no exhaust fan. TV was not recharged. It took 2 hours to decide if TV needs recharge. The location map at google link has given wrong location i.e. at highway overbridge, however hotel is below the overbridge and you have to take 11 Km additional round to come back. They don’t have parking in hotel premises and ask people to park below the bridge on the road. No direct entry to Swimming pool from inside the hotel rather you need to go from outside.

The only concern is breakfast. It does not meet expectation. Very bad preparation and spread like some local road side restaurant. There were insects in juice area. No taste and very bad presentation. Everything except breakfast.

nothing They put us in a room which was smelly and after complain they changed to a better room.Unable to use pool due to constant arrival of packs of monkeys in the pool, disgusting to swim in pool shared by monkeys.

Breakfast spread was in very dirty manner. It could be presented in disciplined manner. TV was not working all the time. We had to change the room. some of the lights were not working in the room.

shabby Hotel seems management is not keen in upgrading their rooms. Room quality is worse in Haridwar. I suggest avoiding this Hote. I stayed 5 times in this Hotel but this time seems worse. plaster is chipping off and falling on the floor. Room and room service

Property maintenance is properly required, being old property several usable items need maintenance. Flush not properly working. Cattle’s top was torned in all rooms.Hand towel has provided after demand ? One sleeper has provided in twin occupied room ?
