Nothing They did not allow me to check in citing local address issue.... Where was my address was of dehradun district, where as the hotel was in haridwar district officially

The dining arrangements were not at all good. Buffet was not displayed and while ordering food staff themselves were saying please don't order this much as this much will be more than sufficient for you. They were compelling to take a particular seat in dining room. When asked for water bottles, they said RO water is not available and sent mineral water bottles which were again chargeable. Though the reception staff was okay but floor staff and dining staff were not at all bearable. The dining arrangements were not at all good. everything except.. the toilet seat it was loose

Property was new, so it was good and clean. But Day by day maintainance is deteriorating as staff is inefficient The lady at the reception is very rude. She doesn't know how to speak to the people. Non cooperative
