I have online booked available room, I had mail confirmation But first of all they said room is full and you will not get any room. MANAGER DIDNOT COME OUT FOR 30 minutes. BUT THE Owner Is a nice person , he talked to manager and told him to arrange somehow or else he will settle rent. Then they talked to another hotel nearby and provided me a room in orchid hotel. So owner is really good and kind person. But management by manger at real time is very bad , they offline booked whole tourist bus, and neglecting room to online confirmed booked customer. I was there fighting for this till 1 hr , then owner helped me. I have online booked available room, I had mail confirmation But first of all they said room is full and you will not get any room. I like everything there whether it's staff or location or the rooms and facilities. Moreover Budget friendly. This place is 2 kms far from Har ki Paudi. Nothing. I like everything there.
