This hotel provided extremely personal service that you will not find with the big and more popular hotels. The staff went out of their way to help us with our stay, personal touches that made our stay exceptional. Hospitality was great, cleanliness was amazing also food was delicious and the room services were great. The staff members helped us with the best of their abilities. Very good ambience and beautiful interior specially the multiple scenery inside the hotel, they are best suited for selfies. Many options are available just outside the hotel to go to har ki paudi with minimum charges as RS. 20-25 . Best thing is they have indoor parking , which is rare in Haridwar. Comfortable and safe hotel for stay with family. One must stay in this hotel if visiting Haridwar.

I think about this hotel often because the staff and the management were so welcoming--plus the location is ideal. I had a beautiful room and the most comfortable stay. --ROOM: The room was very spacious. The décor was refined it felt great as the room was comfortable and washroom was clean. --STAFF: Wow, the manager and staff was so very welcoming. They always wanted to know how I was doing and offer any assistance. They were so nice, and I could tell they really wanted everyone to make the most of the trip and feel like they were "at home." It was lovely. --Food: The breakfast was very tasty--you had many options. I absolutely loved the Paneer Paratha ! It was yum! In the evening I had Thali it was great and value for money. Overall, this is now my favourite hotel in Haridwar-- the interior was beautiful --the overall inviting and personal staff really made it a lovely stay and the food was great!

Only Stay was good but dont expect good hospitality. If staff start showing good hospitality then it can be a lot better place, we have to get down frm room and ask for everything, wifi? reception number? menu?? keeping info in the room can remove this hassle.

Only a guy who is serving there. A young fellow who was very dedicated. Not a customer centric. The place is way far from Centre Haridwar and during peak you cannot expect a transportation. No canteen or resturant available. Rooms are very tiny. Toiletriese are not provided and only provided when requested. We stayed for 3 days and they have not changed the bedding even when this was requested. Not a problem with people working there but feels like management issue. No laundry facilities. Dirty washroom
