Hilton Garden Inn Harlingen Convention Center

Nice tucked away property with a great breakfast!! Only down side is walking in to a HOTT room anytime you leave for a couple of hours! The AC is controlled by a motion sensor!!!

It was a good experience overall but annoying that the room I selected was available and waited way too long to be ready, when I booked months in advance I guess it doesn’t matter if you book ahead, it was my part of my honey moon which kinda ruined it.

Ants in room and bathroom slide door squeeking when opening and closing.

Cleanliness, comfortable and value. Staff tried getting us to check out at 11:00am when our booking said 12:00. Other then that, everything was great.

I want to give special recognition to Sebastian at the front desk. I had just purchased new rocking chairs and was worried about leaving them in my truck during a major thunderstorm. Sebastian immediately offered to store them safely in the conference room overnight to protect them from the weather and from being stolen. That level of service and care really stood out, and I’m very appreciative. Even with the bad weather, the stay was smooth and stress‑free. I would definitely stay here again.
