Super 8 by Wyndham Harrisburg Hershey West

We loved it!

Rooms had no fresh air, it kind of smelled stale, lights being switched off automatically. Toilet seats in the bathroom needs a change. Bathroom needs major renovation. Breakfast options were very limited to oatmeal packets, cereals, bread. Went with family, not a memorable stay. Would not visit once again.

It was worse experience not cleaned rooms, molded bathrooms

Dated rooms. Smelled of stale cigarettes in the room. Half of the lights in the room did not work.

For what I paid, this turned out to be a really good bargain. Everything was clean and the room was nice. The only thing that I could critique is the carpeting in the hallway and room was outdated.

Positive: Great location bed was comfortable the Ac work well - staffs were nice. - Overall clean was 8/10 Negative: -Wifi was bad (in and out every minute). -The bathroom (shower curtain needed to be change). -Caulk all around the bath. For the price 7/10

Easy check in, the front desk was not able to assist with local food options and when we got to our room our TV wouldn’t work and rather than offering assistance he instead said it’s because of the weather. The weather for the week was mid to upper 80s with rain expected a day after check out.

It's not the nicest location, but the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean.

The Staff member on duty (I wish I could remember his name) was extraordinarily helpful in many ways. (IE: fixing the phone, my computer the TV, my endless questions, etc.) All with a smile on his face and very pleasant professional demeanor. A genuinely true asset and a remarkably excellent employee. I'll stay again on future trips. Thanks, ~ Tim Runfola

The hotel was clean for the most part. The lobby and exterior needed updating. The building looked dated. The road to the hotel needed some fixing up. The parking was good. The staff was available but a little pre occupied. Not bad. I would probably not stay in this hotel again but it was worth the price I paid.

Actitud of the night shift employee The rooms smell so bad. I ask them to change me but wash room that we went into was ether dirty or smells weird. The so call breakfast it was a joke, the refrigerator where they kept the milk was dirty it’s seems like the spilled something and that never got cleaned. Parking lot was unsafe. Someone try to break in at one of the room from the parking lot. The morning employees were not presentable, one of them still had the hair like he just got up.and I feel that the front desk people is the presence of the place. The worst experience, never going back there.

Not much, staff was nice Disgusting run down facilities. Woke up to see that sheets were stain with something that was brown redish
